There are two ways, as far as I know:
The first is the Companion questline. When you do the blood ritual you become a werewolf and are then cured of vampirism. The second, I believe, is to be cured by Falion.

You may still have time to use a cure disease potion or load an earlier save where one will work. You have 3 days after being infected before becoming one and cure disease or temples will no longer work. If you once were a werewoof you can ask Aela to make you one again to cure vampyness (and get fleas)

I didn't know Werewoofs had fleas. They must be related to dogs and wolfs then.
some slips are funny!

Do the Serana bit, then shoot straight off to Kyneths for a cure.

If you can't cure vampirism after three days anymore, go and talk an innkeeper. The innkeepers will send you to Morthal to talk to a man called Falion. This will start the quest to get a cure for vampirism. You might need this by using the console:
Player.AddItem 0002E504 1

Thank you wolf. Went back in the saves and did it all again, released Serana and then straight to the Kyneth shrine in Whiterun.
Still look very haggard tho' isn't there a way via console to alter your features?

That's a bug in Oblivion. Didn't know it happened here. No idea how to fix.
