Try topic "so happy" - there you should have the option to give her all kind of things. In fact, if you choose the option ""something else you might like" (below the flowers), she will search your inventory and grab what she like most. Could be a diamond, a ruby, an amulet, another flower... Just have a few items in your inventory that you think a girl would like, and she will happily take it from you...

I haven't got access to the CS right now, but does your Spoilers list (included in the readme) really say that you should go to Balmora at this point? Without knowing for sure, I believe that you should rather go to Ald-ruhn.
As for the clue, she will come back to that later on, but there's nothing to find in Vivec for you right now.

I had just posted a message that you were wrong, but then I decided I might as well try that, just for laughs.
You are right. So I edited this.
This lady has already dragged me all over the place, I guess I lost track. It's not exactly comforting knowing that she ain't half finished! j/k
Anyway, thank you very much.

Question:
OK, so far I have dealt with Morgan the Redguard, I have the letter that implicates M&F, I've been to Balmora, gave Laura a b'day gift, we went to the Ald Skar Inn in Ald'Ruhn (she always wants a drink there), and Laura finally gave me the Lover's Teleport ring (took her quite a while). She also mentions not liking Ajira, but there are no additional discussion topics to pursue this line of discussion, so I'm not sure where that leads. The quest seems to have deadended. Subsequent trips to Vivec and Sad Mora turn up additional dead ends. What am I missing? I'm not sure how to even begin trying to find this M&F.
Also, I seem to have activated the Jimbo quest by accident, but I chose not to pursue it (an extra little guy in tow seems a bit much at this point). Do I need to resolve Jimbo/Bimbo before I can carry on with the main Laura quest?
Answer:
Have you been with her in Vivec after you got her ring? She should want to go to the Telvanni quarters...
As for the Jimbo quest, it has got nothing to do with the rest of the story, you can do this whenever you want, or not at all.

We walked through the Telvanni upper and lower waistworks, the underworks, the canal works and the plaza area, but none of these places prompted a new dialogue sequence. However, some of the characters I ran into had specific remarks about seeing Laura and the woman in the underworks told me I should keep an eye on her. However, when I spoke to Laura, she had no new dialogue. Not once did she even ask me to travel to Vivec's Telvanni zone. Am I missing something?

Hehe, never mind. I went back to the Vivec Foreign Quarter and spoke to Laura and she asked me to go shopping. Funny, but I swear I went there before and she didn't mention it. I wonder if the difference was using the Mage's Guild teleport instead of running there. Either way, I'm all squared away now. Thanks!

I'm so sorry, I failed to see this post!! I don't think there should be any incompatibility between Laura and Balmora Expansion, at least I haven'theard of any. If there is, you will notice it instantly, as the 'risk situation' is at her first quest, when she wants a birthday gift when you are in Balmora. If that one works, there shouldn't be any problems. Eh?? She DID?? Well, that's not because of my programming! ..she really must like you... a lot HEY WAIT! Now I know what you mean. The 'Laura's ring' is the simple ring which will bring her back to Vivec if you ever completely lose track of her. The Telepathy ring is given to you through your fighting options. It's the ring that you can use to stop her from fighting, switch fighting style and also recall with you and meet you at various places. However, iin order to make her recall with you, you'll have to buy her a recall amulet or something. The ring you are refering to is the 'Lover's teleport ring' which will make her teleport together with you to various places. This ring existed already earlier on, before she had any recall functions or such. It will be given to you during a 'quest'.

Hmm... I'm trying to recall from the top of my head, and I think it was like this: the kissing topic needs to reset some things that are used when you make her guard a spot. So, in order to prevent people from 'kissing her goodbye' and thereby make her follow you around in spite of orders, I simply filtered the kissing dialog so that it won't show up when she is supposed to stand guard .

Well, I think that if you instead of using topic 'together' had asked her to use melee weapon... or ranged... or spells... or anything within the 'our next combat' topic, then the kissing option would have reappeared.
But, this is definitely something for me to consider, as how I set this up obviously is causing some confusion...

Ah I see, the whole "guard this spot" action is part of the combat behavior which has to be altered first in order to get her in "normal" mode (showing all possible topics).
Now everything is clear; in the end I'm glad that I haven't a bug in the game - instead this is a feature (now where have I heard this before? )
Anyway, many thank's for your patience and if I may add this - your support of your FREEWARE stuff is really outstanding. Believe me, I know what I'm saying - being a Flight Simulator junkie I have a lot of addons for this program, many of them payware. But the support of this payware software is in most cases TERRIBLE although if I have payed A LOT of money for these addons and they are often programmed very sloppy.
So you have my deepest admiration for your awesome and kind support. :rose:

"This house is a bit... masculine... the builder must be a man"(something like that) said Laura after I led her into Grummy's Domehome, special dialog?
Answer:
Yup, used only in dome home..

If you just met her, she's probably just small-talking about food and other things.
Later on she will be offering you a meal, but then she will give you directions on what ingredients to get for her.

Hello Emma, First off I want to say your mods are great. I enjoyed your Laura Craft mod a lot as well as your Prophecy of the Lost Heir mod. Anyway I have a strange occurrence to ask you about as well as a question about a particular mod and whether it is compatible with Laura. Anyway I finished the quest with Laura when I popped the question and gave her an exquisite ring to seal the deal. After that, when we both traveled back to Vivec to her cottage, there was a duplicate of Laura standing right outside. ' This duplicate Laura had the default clothes and equipment that she starts with. I just asked one of the Lauras to teleport to Mournhold where she would be out of sight and I just decided to pretend as if this strange event never occured lol. But anyway, is that normal? Do you know what could have caused that? But anyway, that was just to report on that strange glitch I found. Now for my main question. Do you know if Laura Craft is compatible with the Romance mod?: planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=4699Hopefully she is. It would be cool if my player character and laura actually could get married and not just be engaged forever.
