Hi there, I'm not sure if this is the best place for this discussion as I don't think anyone here authored SaveTool.. but it seems to me there are some very knowledgeable people here so we can have a discussion about some of this stuff. I know nothing about scripting and just obtained this SaveTool a few weeks ago. There are some disconcerting entries in my saves: "Unknowns0", "Array6" has a ton of null entries, and my scriptinstance count is now over 100k. My biggest question, started in another thread: amgepo's partial response (it is referencing other issues as well) was emmates.proboards.com/post/45132My other question: should I have a discussion with the SaveTool authors or can someone here steer me in a direction? Have read: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50244/?Am reading: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53045/? That one's a lot to take in. edit: but it's a nifty tool. So I'm going to disable Vilja's extra storage. I actually happened to see all her containers in the game world (using player.moveto an object that was stored in another game container). It was scary - and impressive - how many stacks of boxes there were.. she's the ultimate hoarder! When she wants to go shopping, she should never have anything to sell, right?

Most of those containers are for Vilja's wardrobe function, they only store things very temporarily in the process of editing formlists. And some of those aren't used at all. When Vilja goes shopping, whether on her own or by your command, she will sell whatever that is in her selling inventory. Not sure what you mean by disabling Vilja's extra storage. I remember somebody requested to allow the extra storage be turned off long ago, can't quite remember now, but I think we end up deciding that players can just ignore whatever features they don't like to use.

Thanks for that I saw the option in her off-topic stuff, the same dialogue group you can set her to mortal - or whatever the correct term is. I can ignore it but if you look at my screengrabs in the 2nd post, you'll note there's an empty point in her extra storage.. I'm not sure if that an issue or not but I am getting random CTD's and that scriptscalpel tool says it could be related to two things - I don't wanna mess with the dragon script so up next is Vilja's extra storage. I haven't had issues with it, other than trying not to lug around so many items, I just wanna see if it makes a diff.

Well, the dialogue is there but it didn't do anything - she still has "extra storage". (goes off to research these high instance counts for ore mining")

I'm curious -- well, I'm always curious, but I'm curious about this atm: The above is a clip of the SaveGame tool's ActiveScript section. Is this Vilja trying to remove her extra storages (the AAEMuninstallingChest script/s)? edit: they all persist even after using the CorruptFormList fix.
