Wonderful. If that should happen to fall in January, we will do our best to get her top honors on Nexus.

I hope the Nexus download servers will be able to take the strain as every Vilja fan who's migrated to SSE tries to download it at the same time.

Let me know when I can port my saved games over to SE. And send me a video of Santa squeezing his fat arse down your chimney while you are at it.

Although in theory you should be able to port over your saved games, I have been unable to get mine to work in SSE. However on one hand my Skyrim character was created in RaceMenu and on the other I was running SKSE and many mods in Skyrim that I'm unable to use in SSE at the present time, which is probably what's preventing my saves from working in SSE. PS A small teaser for you.

Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. I started our present game sometime during 2013. June I think. 8000 ingredients not counting what has been used were collected. 1400 lock picks in inventory not counting those we broke. Countless hours developing the character and equipment. Off and on just making my character look like my darling took about a month. Restarted Vilja 3 times.
And TADA! New slightly improved graphics! Throw everything away and start over! In Squishy's words, 'Hey ES, fork you and the horse you rode in on.'
Porting please. Do not shove upgrading from 32 bit to 64 bit Windows mega enema up our arses.

They are more than slightly improved, and the performance is better... If you have the system to flesh it out properly.

Every time before starting Skyrim SE (which is almost every a day few hours), I check on nexus if Vilja is released. Because playing skyrim without her feels like a part of me is missing. In Skyrim (old version) I only have Vilja as follower and not even my current seven followers in SSE can beat that. I Do hope Emma will okay Vilja soon, perhaps even as a christmas gift. we've been waiting too long.

She has okayed it, but she won't have time to upload and create a new page for her until after Christmas...
It's also fairly large.... Uncompressed roughly 1.2 Gig.... So to send up, pull down, check integrity... Decide what photo's to use to publicize, create a new video... Not to mention the readme has changed a lot... You better read this one... She doesn't do all of it herself, but she has to approve all of it..

Looking forward to Vilja. After a lengthly break the special edition got me back into Skyrim. It runs so much more stable overall with a heavily modded setup. Vilja and Inigo were a constant part of my game in the legacy Skyrim, so Vilja will be a most welcome addition to Skyrim SE.
Emmas companions are the best. :-)

That is great news. Can't wait. From that YouTube teaser, I stumbled across a great and hilarious Vilja video, Called Oblivion - Tales Of A Nord Girl - "Avalon". So funny - www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgaIUOAORT4
