the mod i'm looking for removed the aggro from the wild life so i could walk right past them with out getting attacked at every turn. there were 2 mods, 1 for morrowind and 1 for bloodmoon, there was also 1 for oblivion. i do not know if anybody made 1 for skyrim. maybe somebody can make a "peace pack"?

Passive Healthy Wildlife is the mod which makes normal animals non-aggressive unless they are diseased or you attack them first (doesn't affect daedra, kagouti, kwama foragers, etc.); one of my favorite Morrowind mods. I wouldn't deem this mod pertinent for Bloodmoon since there no animals in Solstheim I would consider not aggressive by nature.
There is a similar mod for Oblivion but with a side effect - creature dungeons will also be populated by non-aggressive animals so you can just waltz through, grab the loot (such as it is in those dungeons), and leave without any fighting (though on occasion Vilja will display a bloodlust and attack everything in sight). I thought of creating a mod with dungeon versions of those animals unaffected by that mod; but since I don't like creature dungeons anyway, if I'm going to that much effort I'd just as soon replace the animals with bandits or marauders and add better loot.
