This is a great new quest mod for English speakers. It has recently been translated to English from Italian by the author. It is a huge masterpiece and quite a treat this late in the game to get something new like this which is the best quest mod I've played by far. Just make sure you the obse plugin SoundCommands. www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/16288EARTH-THE PLANET OF THE GODS www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45869/

Flying Saucers in Cyrodiil? Interesting take on TES lore. I'll pass because apparently this can only be played as "Jack", not with an existing, or even any other new, character.

You play as your own character, with all your stats, weapons, clothes, etc., like all mods, you just have the name Jack in this mod. It's sort of as if your character is role playing the part of the character Jack. I wondered about playing as Jack too but it's not something to be concerned about. It is really a clever and unique idea. It's necessary because there is an extensive story and Jack has a lot of talking to do, a whole lot more than just clicking on this or that in a dialogue box. When Jack starts talking it's important to enter 3rd person view. Then if you don't touch the mouse until the camera starts to rotate, you will see yourself talking with lip sync and everything. It's a hoot. The flying saucer is in a place far beyond Cyrodiil. You start in Cyrodiil and travel to many places like you've seen before. This is such a huge expansion it is more like a complete new game or overhaul than a mod really.

I thought of "Contract Jack", the last installment in the NOLF series.
