I think I bought Skyrim in early 2013. I'd start a playthrough, decide I didn't like it and start over. Or I'd start a playthrough, make a ton of progress, and then something would go wrong (usually from me not knowing what I was doing; being unaware of the mod limit, I was once surprised to see my PC running around in the altogether ). But now, halfway through 2019, I finished the main quest in Skyrim SE, along with "Dragonborn" and "Dawnguard." The cost of the whole adventure was quite high, actually. I lost five companions over the course of the game. I also played through "Rigmor of Bruma," which gave me access to the Bow of Absurd Power and the Sword of Ridiculous Strength, making the final boss level rather anticlimactic. Anyway, I made a little commemorative display to mark the occasion. My character, Dal Sparrow, is in the center, with his followers and companions (plus the kids) completing the picture.

Congratulations. Mistress is pleased. What were your thoughts on Rigmor of Bruma? I loved it and played twice through.

Wish Cyrodiil hadn't been so empty. A huge amount of work went into developing Cyrodill and so little of it was used.

steelerswit: "What were your thoughts on Rigmor of Bruma? I loved it and played twice through." I really enjoyed Rigmor of Bruma -- a great combination of action and corniness! And this, despite the "Walk to this spot, talk to Rigmor, them walk to this other spot and talk to Rigmor again" journal entries (I know, I'm far from the first to bring it up, but it does bear repeating). And I'm looking forward to playing through Rigmor of Cyrodill, but I'm holding off on that until I've gotten through Helgen Reborn and a couple other adventures.

And I'm looking forward to playing through Rigmor of Cyrodill, but I'm holding off on that until I've gotten through Helgen Reborn and a couple other adventures. I loved the dialog and the more adult theme to it. She is a brat and sometimes I want to pimp slap her, but I love her. The walk and talk is a bit tedious, but with the environment mods I have the scenery is nice and it's a break from slice and dice. With Vilja there were times you had to go here, get this, return to the cave, go to the mill etc. So that's not a Rigmor exclusive time filler. My biggest gripe isn't with the mods main playthrough, but post quest dialog ends and she is about as much fun as a blow up doll patched with duct tape in a few spots. Cyrodiil is a great playthrough with hardly any glitches..... But save often. The one change they did that did bother me is they made her family friendly with the never nude yellow undies, but there is a mod to fix that, but removes the scars. It was rather interesting when I had both mods running and had both Rigmor's in my home. In Bruma, there was a strong bond building and romance that took time to grow. In cyrodiil, if you didn't play Bruma, it was missing. Overall, they are both A grade mods, and personally I would make it a requirement to have played Bruma prior to Cyrodiil. But they would have to rework Bruma to tweak the triggers to do that. If you could combine Vilja and Rigmor's play and AI... That would be something.

Yep, post finishing the mods Rigmor is more boring than even a Bethesda companion.
