Is there any way to give her wardrobes or organize her clothing?

She will wear the most expensive items in her inventory. If there is something in particular you want her to wear either make sure it's all she has or edit it so it's worth more than anything else she's likely to have. But if you want her to wear different things at different times/places you will have to carry them yourself and swap them in-out of her inventory. She also likes wearing her armor; I used a mod called "Dream Armor", this is invisible light armor equivalent to glass so she can wear it all the time but you will see whatever clothing you've given her.

Roughly translated, "Constance's wardrobe? She's a right pain in the arse!" If I want her to wear something attractive or, heavens forbid, stylish, I have to unload most of the armor, both hers and the PCs, into the PC inventory.
"Hey Constance, you look fantastic. And I can't move!"

Did a load balancing act. Still haven't come to grips with Constance's wardrobe bot got her looking very nice after playing musical clothes for 20 minutes. Hoofed it al the way down to Ebonheart. Dealing with a smith when Constance asks for something to drink. Give her Flin, she instantly passes out and does a complete change of clothes on the way down to the floor. Fro, mix and match chain mail to... some kind of dancing outfit in one swell foop.

I can see where if Constance has a large wardrobe you might not want to lug it around yourself. I've used a "Pack Guar" mod which, along with the "Portable Yurt" mod and NOM, makes traveling and camping more enjoyable. I've only a handful of outfits for Constance, mostly regional (fur for Solstheim, an "elven" suit for the woodlands, elegant gown for Vivec, etc.) which stay in our homes in those areas; I made custom versions of each just for Constance, with very high value so she never replaces them, when I want her to change I just take away that item and give her another. Otherwise she has a couple of gowns of equal value and her invisible armor; she changes the gowns occasionally, though from what stimulus I've no idea.

Constance has a weirdrobe. When wearing certain outfits they are normal when she is viewed from below like she is standing upslope or stairs. But seeing her at the same level or above her she has nothing on down below. Only the top of the outfit. So somebody can tell Emma little Miss Trouble is also a flasher.

Is that with default clothing or a mod? I never experienced any such oddities with Constance (though I have with NPCs in Oblivion).

Below her level
And above
But she's properly attired after Flin (above)

Have you tried the clothing on your character and inspected from third person view? Also, if it's expensive enough, sell it to a merchant and see if the problem persists when they wear it. If everyone has has the same problem it is definitely an issue with the clothing. Try removing, one at a time, other pieces of clothing Constance is wearing and see if that has any effect.
It looks like you're using one of the body mods (Better Bodies, Smoother Bodies, etc.), some mod clothing only works, or doesn't, with specific bodies (though these issues are usually evident from any angle ...put on a pair of pants and the boots disappear type of thing).

It won't be specific to Constance, it will be an issue with the clothing itself.
Most mod clothing uses a set of fitted full-coverage meshes appropriate to the type of garment (pants, narrow skirt, full skirt etc.) and then has a partly-transparent texture, using an alpha map, to "cut away" parts. This relies on the game's rendering of the layers and sometimes breaks, e.g. when multiple alpha maps conflict. It's much more likely to fail the other way round, with a layer appearing opaque when it's not supposed to do so.
In this example, she's wearing a skirt that wraps all the way around her, with the sides set to fully transparent. The same material is disappearing from the top, so apparently she has more than one layer on the chest, and they're both using an alpha channel for transparency. All I can think of is that this happens when the "shirt" part occludes the "skirt" part and the rendering attempts to handle both transparent layers at once. However, it seems to manage that for the shirt at other times, so the fix won't be simple.
Is the skirt part semi-transparent at all? Sometimes a one-bit alpha map works (all parts are either fully transparent or fully opaque) where a multi-bit alpha map with more levels of transparency won't work.

But it's not a big deal. Just curiosities. My game is somewhat corrupted so Constance is the least of my worries. Together we are discovering and doing all the side quests as we encounter them, and in the process I gain a wonderful little insight. I can see some of the origins of Vilja in Constance. It's also obvious, easy to imagine Grumpy and Emma slaving away at the mod, but having fun doing it. Tossing in little quirks here and there, as inspiration struck them.
Modding is on the whole a pretty thankless job. You sweat blood getting it made and working right and most of the feedback you get is complaints and problems.
A big thanks to Emma, Grumpy and the others. If you will, pioneers of companion modding. And with that said, I think I'll go crash the game some more while Constance continues to be a nuisance, along with flashing the population of VVardenfel as we meander along.

Well, Constance is supposed to be a pest, a nuisance, "more trouble than she's worth", at times; so whenever I experience problems I chalk it up to "that's just Constance". But she certainly makes exploring Morrowind more enjoyable. (Even when she completely disappears and refuses to return, claiming she's "in combat"; at least i discovered a way to get her back, lol.)
Creating mods in any game is similar - "Do something right, no one remembers; do something wrong, no one forgets".

Use: PositionCell. Can be used to move a character to you. Need to know the name of the area you are in (can be found by calling up the map), and the name of the unique npc. Get your x, y & z positions with player->getPos x (then y then z). So if I'm near the Balmora Mages guild and I want to get back my missing Pack Guar, I'd type: 1gr_packGuar->PositionCell, -22530, -14320, 498, 0, Balmora See: en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Console

Variables. Can that console call .bat files?
