First off, I play on Special Edition.
So I have the dark face bug for Vilja's little sister and the woman in the Eldergleam Sanctuary. its not glaringly dark, but noticably on the darker end for them. it almost looks like they have vanilla textures on thier faces. I know its becuase I use CBBE and texture mods (curvy body and pride of valhala). i use the vilja customizer and she has no issues with how she looks so no problems there. Is there any way i can fix this? I've been modding for only a month and i'm not sure what to do.
Also, Vilja and her father won't wear thier armor at all. I played with Vilja's wardrobe, and she never put her chestpiece on. Only a dress (usually the formal atire) and then the gauntlets and boots. Her father has the same issue. He wears his Steelplate armor well, but when he gets the wolf armor he will wear his fine clothes and then his gauntlets and boots, which causes his legs to disapear. Vilja is a simple fix, i jsut dont use her wardrobe function and everything works fine. Her father though i cant figure out what to do, i eventually just sent him back home to the rest of the family as i could not stand his legs being invisible.
Vilja also gets naked when ever she sleeps. She will put her night gown on, but then take it off when i leave the cell and come back.

So no one is able to help me or offer advice? I guess that means i can never be around her family then. I dont see the the point of marrying her is if i cant interact well with her family. that was one of the reasons i liked this mod so much.

I do not have Skyrim but have seen these issues discussed here; perhaps those with the answers haven't logged in lately or your post scrolled away before they saw it. In the meantime you might peruse the Skyrim forum section.

Most of the bugs described, and others, I encountered. My solution was the nuclear approach. DO NOT USE THE WARDROBE FUNCTIONS AT ALL. My computer and graphics card is marginal and I traced most Vilja and Skyrim problems to hung scripts. Scripts that don't execute properly, completely, or simply refuse to start but are still there waiting in some esoteric queue. The wardrobe function adds quite a load more scripts that are constantly pending and/or in operation. In turn, scripts run and rule nearly every aspect of Skyrim. IE Vilja's choice of underwear can screw up Ulfric's dialogue seven game play hours later sort of thing. To test, if possible, reload a saved game from before activating the wardrobe then don't activate it and play the game for a few hours seeing if things improve. Alternately, revert to an earlier saved game, deactivate the wardrobe, dismiss or avoid all NPCs, her father included, then take a long slow walk with just Vilja through several transition cells avoiding all cities and encounter situations like keeps. This lets the game dismiss some of the pending scripts - cleaning house so to speak. If the game functions improve, you can assume hung scripts are at least a portion of the problem. Regardless, cleaning your saved games, getting rid of orphan scripts, should be done on a regular basis.
PS The dark face bug. This happens to me frequently in Fallout 4. (I'm using CBBE too) It's a video card issue, possibly out of memory or memory error. In FO 4 saving then quitting to desktop then restarting fixes it. Sometimes it doesn't, especially when it happens to the PC. Reverting to a saved game just before it happened and avoiding script heavy areas for a while usually avoids the issue.

I have since started a new game since this post, having installed legacy of the dragonborn. I have not touched her wardrobe (aside from giving her a different nightgown) what so ever since then and just let her do as she pleased and mearly put a few choice outfits into her inventory. She's not gotten naked at all as far as I know. We will see if her father will do the same thing as before. I guess I will abandon dreams of her using her wardrobe if it can cause such glaring issues. Saddly pretty much all the women added by the mod (save for the two dunmer ladies) have a visible neckseam. As soon as i walked into dawnstar and met her family, her sisters and mother had clearly darker skin tones on thier faces. It jsut seems like the face textures from the body texture mod i am using (pride of valhala) is not applying to their faces. I think maybe its becuase they have custome face morphs, whilch is obvious on her little sister, who is quite round in the face. Her father has no visible neck seam.

Yes, mods that affect the face are very commonly problematic. The head uses a different texture. Even when the skin tone is a near perfect match the neck seam is often visible. I had the PC in FO4 with a black face today. Entered a room where two NPCs were talking to each other, both of which have problematic scripts, with two companions in tow, both of which have ongoing scripts running. Took the companions out of the cell, reloaded the game and everything was fine.
It is of note, the script log jamb is legendary for causing problems. A classic example is in FO4 when encountering Trader Riley in the cannery. She is supposed to offer the opportunity of moving to a settlement during the first line of dialogue with the PC. About 50% of the time this fails. It's always an issue of too many pending scripts.

Little late here, but neckseam is likely because you've installed custom body and skin texture that doesn't match up with skin texture of these NPC's face...
Despite how wonderful amgepo's to try to handle wardrobe, Skyrim is still very poor in handling formlist. It does get corrupted quickly if you didn't give the game to process it every step of the way.

Give the game time to collect the pieces.
