Song of the Green is a good choice.
Ah and you could try Mirai as well (now that I remembered her name)

A few I've installed and enjoy: Yazakh is top-notch, by RobotPolarBear, but only available for Skyrim SE. (over 1000 lines of (mostly) custom-voiced dialogue). Love the "Narra as Yazakh" appearance replacer. Redcap the Riekling by by RudySalva - is also good with a very different style, only for SSE (over 2400 lines of dialogue) Thogra gra-Mugur by damakarmelowa (850 lines of new dialogue) Lyssia by AlmightySE (4000 voiced lines) Serana Dialogue Add-On by Martimius, over 7,000 fully-voiced lines by Kerstyn Unger Xelzaz by BluePwnsU - ~6850 lines Remiel by Maplespice - ~4,000 lines of dialogue, including conversations with Thogra, Xelzaz, Redcap, Serana, Nebarra, Gore, Spike, & Yazakh Kels the Insane by triptherift

QUESTION !!!! Serana Dialogue Add-On. It's for LE. Can it run on vanilla? I have Serana Dialogue Edit. It's a fraction of the size and it doesn't seem to work. I have not yet activated Dawnguard in my present playthough. Just deactivate the present ESP and BSA, install that new one and hope? Disaster dead ahead?

I think SDA is way superior to SDE. But SDE has a plug-in (if I remember correctly), so it's inadvisable to remove that unless you're starting a brand new play-through

If you haven't kicked off the starting Dawnguard quest yet, I think there's a good chance for you of getting away with, at this point, deactivating it and putting SDA in it's place. Never hurts to make a save just before futzing with your load order and then saving afterwards and then checking that brand new save with Fallrim Tool's ReSaver

It's all about text isn't it, which shouldn't be altered in improved versions.
I make lots and lots of saves. Never save over an old save going by my tech's rule, 'All saves have some corruption. Saving on a save can add them up.'. So I make many interim saves, make special console saves for milestones, and delete the extra dozen or so saves once or two each day.
As in -> save ImpendingSeranaDisaster I just made.
Should I use the Hotfix on the Nexus download? Nope nope nope. SE version. Deadly for vanilla IMHO

Well......................... so far so good. Methodology; combining LE and Oldrim. Only Vilja as a follower companion. 1. Dawnguard not yet activated but in the quest log. Save 1. 2. Deactivated Serana Dialogue Edit, SDE, in the Skyrim Launcher. 3. Ran the Skyrim Save Cleaner. 4. Installed the two Serana Dialogue Addon, SDA and ESP, and activated it. 5. Opened the cleaned save and saved again. 6. Re ran the save cleaner. 7. Made another save, SDEoutSDAin. 8. Loaded that new save and went to Ft. Dawnguard fully activating the DLC. 9. Traveled to Dimhollow Crypt. Upon entering the outside cell near the crypt the game CTD. Quite normal - after all, this game is garbage soup started in 2017. 10. Reloaded 8., activated the DLC again and traveled to a cell adjacent to the Crypt cell. Made another save. 11. Ran the Save Cleaner on that save. Two unattached instances in the DLC were removed. 12. Loaded the cleaned save and made another just in case save. Went to and entered the Crypt and rescued Serana. 13. Game seems to be stable. Serana new dialogue and her functions are notably improved. Between her ice spikes and Vilja's arrows the Dragonborn gets to take a back seat and watch the carnage. 14. Test drive through an over populated enemy fort, about 25 enemies. Unholy massacre. DB got 5 kills. A dragon put in an appearance and the douche duet quickly dealt with it too. 15. Stopped at Highview Cottage where Serana busied herself and continued to function properly. She might be doing more activities than she did before. Possibly because some of the code has been rewritten and streamlined, her scripts more functional. 16. Traveled to Icewater Jetty. No problems.
It appears I'm writing a manual on how to keep Skyrim stable. Establishing some safety rules and measures. SLOW DOWN. Avoid fast Travel. Use carriages. Save a LOT and make sure all scripts and functions are finished and uninterrupted before moving to another cell. Clean out the garbage. The game engine is a royal slob that leaves unattached instances every inch of the way. In saved games these accumulate if a save is made over an old save. The new save sees some existing data and appends to it.
Tested: Highview Cottage. Ran save cleaner. Save 1, just entered. Save 2, put some things in containers. Save three Did some smithing and stored it. Save 4. Interactions with Vilja and Serana. Save 5, made some arrows and killed two dragons outside the home in it's exterior cell. Made another save cleaner save and ran the cleaner. Over 900 unattached instances with the only activity in just the interior and exterior cells. Just changing items in a container appear to have made two lists, the real deal and instances no longer in use. The saves just glop them altogether.

I just had something super weird happen! Vilja, Serana as followers we stopped at Lakeview for 24+hours IGT while I fixed up Serana's outfit. We left and traveled to Markarth on foot, did some trading then caught the carriage to Solitude. Crossing Dragonbridge a dragon attacked and I got the message the vampire blood makes me less resistant to fire.
I saved and reverted to the save on leaving Lakeview and no vampire infection. We had zero vampire encounters the entire time to Dragonbridge. I had used the Dibella shrine en route to Markarth and had no encounters at all from there to Dragonbridge. I used the console and reset the vampire stage. No more vampire. We caught a carriage to Morthal and had another dragon attack. Again, the PC had full on vampire condition!! I reverted to Lakeview save, waited, had two dragon attacks over a 24 hour IGT period and no vampire infection. With both vamp conditions there was no preliminary where I could use a potion. I have no idea what is going on!!! We are on the Moth Priest quest. Are dragons now turning the PC into vampires?

I'd start questioning if Serana isn't secretly feeding off you. Something weird is going on for sure.

Common denominator: getting hit by dragon breath. Deadly Dragons mod uses it's own version of dragons as the Nether and Forest dragons. It also uses some different breath effects. So a conflict between the Serana Dialogue Add-on and DD seems logical. I turned off DD entirely. The effect as found in Spells in effect on the PC lists 'vampire weakness' as both cause and effect unlike all other conditions caused by enchantment -> effect. Mod A + Mod B = ? Or in simplified mathematical terms, Var A + Var B = unassigned Var X.

That issue is way above my pay grade, wish I could be of some help, but, unfortunately, I don't have a clue. Sorry

Well, with Deadly Dragons out of the picture, things seem to be quite functional. Dragonbreath has yet to convert my character to vampireism. In a fit of stupidity I discovered Sofia had a reset feature which I used and she started following and functioning again. No love lost between her and Serana with the latter blasting Sofia with ice spikes for the provocation. I turned off Sofia's regular banter, dumped all the left over mistake pieces of smithed and enchanted junk on her and now we have a somewhat functional quartet. Fingers crossed. I'm going to put everybody to work clearing out pending quests before we go on Serana's mother hunt. Am hoping Downguard won't be buggy on this trip through Moldyhar's undercroft / basement / sewage system. One aspect of interest is what Sofia is wearing. Nine powerfully enchanted items that have had zero effect on her stats. Oddly, similar enchanted items given to Serana have not only worked, she has combined clothing items that aren't supposed to combine. Skirt, pants, belt and panties. Turned herself into a mega tank.

We had one more dragon breath vampire conversion and I entirely disable and unticked Deadly Dragons. It's buggy in a number of ways. Spawns dragons inside dungeons as example. Then we noodeled around, went to Volkihar and soul cairn without any problems and Inigo in the party. I'm going to reload just after getting Inigo out of jail and park Sofia somewhere. She ruined an otherwise ridiculous situation where Serana took Dragongirl to bed with Vilja standing there watching and Inigo distracting her with his weird comments. Sofia took the opportunity to steal the bed space. If ever there was a missed dialogue opportunity it would be Serana saying, "It's a little crowded in here. Let's take it outside and put up with the bears and mudcrabs." Amiable. A khajit caravan, a mercenary, dragongirl's entourage and a giant walking his bovine.
