She is still not Talking, tried a fresh install of Vilja, even tried removing all my mods and she is not doing any comments every 30 seconds or any 1.5 minutes... not at all, everything works great, i am using Oblivion SI v1.2.0416, fresh install of OBlivion with no Mods, using Vilja v3 with the patch 3.0.1 and she is still not doing her random chatter... too bad, i really wanted a talking crazy companion.
Even tried what you guys mentioned about using the stat option to make her chat every 30 seconds and did not work, also tried telling her to shut up and then asking why she was so quiet, and she just refuses to be a spam bot...
Ok so she now is talking as she should, but i had to create a new game... is there any way to save her disposition to my char? i think i will try to uninstall the mod, save and install the mod again, somehow the save game must be messed up...

If you go to Cheidinhal, you will found a green haired woman named Heneri. Hit her with Vilja startcombat spell. Now you will be able to answer some questions, that let the game know at what point of her quest you were. Not sure if this includes disposition, but you can use the console for this (select her and type: moddisposition player number , where the number is the amount of points to be added to her disposition).

Had a question about the quest "A Melting Heart". After going to Bruma and speaking with Heneri's sister, she says that she will trade her husband if you can find her a tame wolf. Where and how do you get a tame wolf to complete this portion of the quest?

Where and how do you get a tame wolf to complete this portion of the quest? I forget how this part worked but I do not remember it being difficult to find out who to get the wolf from. Did you talk to Heneri after talking to her sister?

When in doubt, talk to Vilja. She updated the quest by suggesting dog trainers in Chorrol and Cheydinhal.

Anyone knows what causes Vilja to swim in air? It's been happening to me more often nowadays. Dunno if it's just my junky computer or something in my game or if it's normal, somehow. lol

Swimming in the air like this ? I had that happen once or twice, back during testing. I think I remember being told that swimming in the air was a pre-existing game bug that will happen from time to time. Once it even happened to my character. I don't know what causes it. Walking (err, floating) away from water, far enough for a cell change, seemed to fix it. How often is it happening?

One of the causes is fast travelling when she is swimming. It happens also in side's sailing ship if you activate a ship while swimming (you are teleported to the ship deck and Vilja follows you. She appears a little above and swims a little until she reaches the deck).
In both cases the mechanism seems to be the same, the NPC, in this case Vilja, is performing the swimming animation and then is teleported outside of water, without a transition out of water which should stop the animation.
Following this logic, I suppose this can also happen if you are far enough for Vilja (or any other companion) needing teleporting to you, while she is in the water and you have reached the land.

Yes, I have seen it happen when she ends up in the water outside Bloated Float and I just keep on running until she warps to me. She will then have the swimming animation - although luckily it goes away as soon as I talk to her.

Hmm, it happened twice around Waterfront and once near Fort Alessia (ok, three times, but that never happened to me, the first time I saw this bug was in a video showing Mathias Draconis swimming near the Temple District gate, it happened once with Vilja too, last year, I think, and this month three times), I thought it could have some relationship to the bikini changes but amgepo supposition about companions too far has some sense, I'll try to pay attention on this, I recall that I was running around, then I stopped to see the companions getting together and Vilja was the last. But what Emma says is right too, speak to her removes the animation. Edit: blockhead, what's that "Telvanni" tower at the landscape of your image?

Edit: blockhead, what's that "Telvanni" tower at the landscape of your image? It's a tree. That location is part the Shivering Isles expansion.
