As of late, I've noticed some clipping issues. I've seen the clothing Vilja wears appear as if it it wet or has been torn, causing her nipples and belly to show. It isn't immediate, but appears after a while - I think it might be affected by water as I've always seen this happen after Vilja taking a dip. When this has happened she was wearing either her dresses (green or blue) or her night gown. Haven't tested this out with any other clothing. Yes, admittedly this happens more often with the new wardrobe system. But I remember that I have seen such mesh issues with Lydia at the very beginning so that she was dressed in a mixture of her predefined outfit and the clothing of her inventory. With Vilja it is not dependent on water or getting wet and it's definitely not the Spring-Break-Contest. It can happen with any clothing change or if her 3D is loaded after a cellchange. Actually Vilja has not body when she is wearing clothing. The skin you see with the dress is part of the dress-mesh. In the case of the clipping she has accidentally equipped two meshes instead of one. She "wears" her naked body AND the dress or armor. If the wardrobe autochange is activated you can cast the Vilja Reset Spell on her and she will equip the proper dress without her naked body. In other settings with the Vilja Reset Spell it can happen that she will equip her naked body. In this case open and close her inventory or assign a wardrobe or outfit. I'm not sure if Amgepo can sort this issue with the double equip out.

I've noticed the clipping (and nipple problem) as well. Could that be related to my use of a UNP body on my character?
BTW, I really love how Vilja has been made. I actually care about her now. My suggestions for future updates would be for the audio files to be cleaned a little (I feel like I'm hearing her through a microphone-- especially some of the 'P' sounds) and for there to be fewer "fetch" quests. The changes could be fairly minor and still have a significant impact-- for instance, when you do the donkey tail quest, it wouldn't feel so much like a fetch quest if you needed to make the potion yourself instead of bringing the ingredients back to the quest giver. Also, the 10 pelts was a little much after I'd already gotten 5 of them. It might be nice if you instead had to escort Vilja to specific places for her to get the things she needs (maybe you could require her take the lead at this point). Minor points aside, Vilja has been great!

I have run into another problem after applying the upgrade. I started a new game with Vilja from day 1 (all new saves) and all was going well except that I had no ability to access her equipment. I thought this was perhaps the way it was supposed to be until I got to know her better. Is that correct or is it something else?
I completed the first quest with the bottle and the escort when Vilja stated she had something to do and would meet me in Dawnstar. I played other quest for 4-5 weeks in game time and still no Vilja. I check your wiki for possible fixes to no avail, so I tried loading an old save and resetting Vilja. I still don't have access to her inventory and I'm not sure what to do from here. I do have access to the inventory bag's.
Issue 1 Inventory Edit: I also can't give her a gift, she just states how sweet and it goes back to dialog choices.....
Issue 2 Vilja disappeared. <I can't summon her> Screen states Vilja is not available right now or words to that effect.
Edit: I re-downloaded/installed and started all over. The inventory is now working.....

I just experienced a minor glitch in my game. They spend the night in Whiterun and then head for Lakeview Manor. Thorstein needs to visit the lumber mill in Falkreath. He expects the women to follow him, as usual, but this time they stay behind. Returning to his steading, he finds Vilja singing a duet - with Lydia. All of them head out for Riverwood, Vilja leading the way in the rain. At Helgen Lydia gets separated from the rest of the party. Thinking the housecarl has taken a different route, headed back to Whiterun, and relying on her capabilities as a fighter the Dragonborn isn't worried about her. That's how I used it in my fan-fic. Strange, since I never asked Lydia to come along with us - she shouldn't be able soince there is the cap on followers (Cerwiden not counted as she is a separate follower mod) Strangely, only Barbas tagged along to Falkreath. But when asking Vilja to lead the way all the women tagged along, including Lydia. In Helgen ruins she disappeared though, don't know when. Anyeway, it was a funny thing that made a nice little entry for my fan-fic.

I've upgraded to V2.01 and am very much looking forward to the new features, including marrying Vilja! Many thanks to Emma and the rest of the team for all your hard and incredible work.
I'm experiencing significant problems with her clothes though. When I first upgraded to V2, I noticed Vilja started wearing her nightgown sometimes during the day and outdoors. Then I checked out the new outfit feature but, whatever I do with outfits and wardrobes, she always ends up naked. I can see it knows what clothes I've chosen, but she just doesn't wear them despite having them in her inventory. If I change it to let her choose what to wear, she still doesn't wear anything!
Do I need to cast her Reset spell or do something else to sort this problem out?

Ensure you added to her wardrobes armor and clothing (If Vilja is set to wear only heavy or light armor, you will need to add that type or armor, else any armor will do). About her nightgown, maybe the script didn't work as the result of too high activity moment leadding to suspended stacks. Just remove the nightgown from her inventory, add it again and then check it in her sleep outfit (if already checked, uncheck it and check it again).

Thanks for the suggestions, amgepo, I'll try them next time I run Skyrim (I'm not getting much chance to at present). I was initially trying to define outfits without bothering to set up wardrobes - should this be possible?

Yes, as far as you didn't activate the wadrobes she won't use them (unless you ask her specifically to wear them, of course).

I thought I had activated the different wardrobes and outfits, but they weren't. -- Make sure to check the status as the menus may fool you to believe different - did me.

Will do shortly. I'm just completing my clean re-installation. I'd forgotten how long it takes to get a new character out of Helgen... No problem with the dialogue and Vilja followed me out of the inn without any problem. P.S. This was with a completely new installation of Skyrim with no other mods installed except SKSE.
