Arcimaestro Anteres did most of the work, I mainly contributed the dialog.

When you have your own stronghold, an imperial tax collector will appear there once per month. You have to pay 250 septims per month.
You may leave money (up to 6 months) to one of your retainers, so they can handle the taxes, in your absence.

Telvanni stronghold: Farena Arelas
Hlaalu stronghold: Hlodala Savel
Redoran stronghold: Hetman Guls

If you don't pay taxes for a long time (4 months), a warrant will be issued for your arrest.

Great idea for a mod...always thought the player got off too easy where taxes were concerned, especially since one of the very first quests in the game you come upon involves a tax collector.
