First, I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate your mods. I have Children of Morrowind installed and I am in the process of downloading Companionable Cats. I also really like the Witchgirl mod.
I was wondering if you have plans for, or would be willing to, upgrade your Witch girl mod? The two things that I would really like to see added are 1) the new animations you added to Laura, and 2) upgrade the script to a companion 3.1 version.
If you wanted to expand it further with new dialog and quests or the ability to marry Morganna(I have not played it all the way through yet, so I don't know if this is in the current mod) or have children, I would not object Very Happy
Whatever you decide, thanks for the mods you have done! IMHO they make the game much more enjoyable.

I like Witchgirl a lot, too Smile. She's sort of my favorite, as she is my first quest-mod.
Yes, I'm constantly thinking of upgrading my mods, and especially Witchgirl needs a make-over, for instance better controlled spells. And an upgraded script (not the CP 3.1, though as is doesn't include some functions I would like Morgana to have). Of course I would also like to add the kissing animation to her.
But it is not at the top of my priority list; right now, I'm doing a ver 1.1 of Constance, and a quick upgrade of and old dog-companion mod (as Cait has graciously updated the dog-animation to a better companion-behaviour) and then I really, really need to do an esm version of Lokken before I do anything else.

When you have the opportunity to get to Witchgirl, would you consider not having her yell - "Hey, wait for me".
It starts to get annoying after a very short time. Basically I take three or four steps and then pause for her to catch up - and yes - I am walking and my speed is only 50-60. :dontknow:
Thanks for considering it - and for all the wonderful companions you've done.

Witchgirl's current .esp is just a week short of two years old (I just looked Smile ), and companion warping/following scripts have improved dramatically since then.
So if Emma does find time upgrade her, I think the following will be greatly improved over what you're seeing now. Smile

Yes, but that's also why it isn't a simple task to upgrade her... so much rework, so much to be changed both in dialog and script. In many ways, it's easier to start from scratch than to re-work something existing. To tell the truth, I was actually working on a part 2 of this mod back in january 2004... when I suddenly got an e-mail from a certain TeuTonic, who had built a beautiful island called Lokken...

That's the same sort of problem I have: all these fantastic ideas, all these things I so want to get done, and just not ever enough time to get anywhere with them. Which is why I have a tendency to get fed up and just quit: the things I really really want to do always pile up ten times as fast as I can get them done, and my goals get further and further out of reach.
