Sereni stuck in a loop?

I've given Sereni her goblin potion and she told me to come back ("in a day" or "later", I don't recall) for my reward. I did other things for a couple of days and returned, to be told, "Don't be impatient. I told you to come back later". Another couple of days, same response. I don't recall it taking this long to get this reward previously.

I reloaded the game. Same situation.
Waited 24 hours and asked again.
And again told, "Don't be impatient. ...."
Another 24 hours.
"Don't be impatient. ..."
Yet another 24 hours.
"Don't be impatient. ..."
14 days - two whole weeks! - and she is still telling me, "Don't be impatient. ..."

How many days, or weeks, comprise "later"? I want a dialog option for, "Kick the old bat in the posterior".

(I did not save that two week ordeal, so my current save is a couple of days after returning her potion.)
