A couple of months ago (game time) we finished the quest about Vilja's sister, and I have the message telling me the quest is finished ...but it is still on my active list. If I select it as my current quest the green arrow points to Vilja, who is standing right behind me and has no conversation topics about that quest. In fact the only mention of her sister now are in the random instances when Vilja asks for money.
Is there something I haven't done, or is this merely another hiccup in the game?

I need to be more careful about using the word normal but that's the way it has worked for me. It's handy when Vilja runs off in a dungeon and gets in a fight and you don't know where she is. You just have to select her for your main quest and she shows up on the map. I always thought it was intentionally done just for that reason.

Ah, as long as the quest is finished; it was that constant nagging thought that I had overlooked some little action that was driving me crazy (crazier?).
Had another quest where I had done everything but it wouldn't clear, eventually a random conversation with an NPC had that quest as a topic and it was finally finished.

Quest finished but not complete? Like Vilja in Skyrim where additional tidbits keep popping up.
