Simply Knock however doesn't work with the new SKSE.

Thanks for the list. I found out about Simply Knock because it crashed my game. The others that I use don't. Seeing that list I think I will restore my un-updated game. The update doesn't give me anything anyway since I ignore CC.

I had a restore exe. for Skyrim SE so only had to re-clean my masters to play. Not sure I want to update everything, tired of Bethsoft scrwing up the game for CK which is nothing that I need.

I've got everything locked down so it doesn't update till I am ready.

Just remember Steam resets your game update selections for you so check them periodically. That"s what got me this time. I also got lazy and was not unplugging my internet when I played to prevent Steam from reseting game options.

Don't know that steam did that, so I will check periodically.

Jerks removed the "no update" option from the properties tab. You have to chose "update game when I launch" Be absolutely sure you always use SKSE. Then out of the blue some months down the road they will reset those options YOU chose!

Valve's. But I doubt that they could change SKSE (much).

It's late and I work tomorrow, so I haven't had time to test it but it looks like all the mods I use are now updated:
SSE Engine Fixes Fuz Ro D-oh Enhanced No Poison Dialogue Sleep to Gain Experience
And by using the new PapyrusUtil SE (Allowing it to over write obsolete components or giving it higher priority in MO2) Simply Knock SE Campfire Should also work.

Well after patching Simply Knock with an unofficial DLL and an updated "Go to Bed" things seem to running smoothly.
Hah, should have just stayed with 1.5.38 until there was some actual benefit to upgrading. On the other hand the puzzle of getting it all to work is part of the fun.

Let me know if you think SSE Engine Fixes is working. It's the last update I'm waiting for. I know it was updated, but the change log states that some of the changes are temporary fixes, and there are six new entries added to the bugs page and lots of new issues discussed on the posts page.

My game seems to be running fine. Most of the posts on EngineFixes are with people who turn on one of the optional settings. It is of course hard to tell if something SSE Engine Fixes is doing what it is suppose to do. Most of my concerns were around Simply Knock since it involved substituting an unofficial dll. But it seems to be working just fine.
