Not in Morrowind, that I'm aware of.

It figures. Ignoring Constance's odd quirks we went on our merry way. Constance's quest line progressed to us having to deal with Yanna. a reasonably happy-ish resolve was reached and the PC helped herself to a glass cuirass Yanna didn't seem to notice disappearing as she was flat on the floor. All said and done with Constance happy I gave her the glass armor. It looks nicer than anything that mod has to offer. Except Constance remains undressed from the waist down until we bump across at least a pair of glass panties or shorts.
I must add, that quest line just isn't quite right. Constance remains endeared to Yanna and is quite protective of her while Yanna had plans of turning Constance into a prostitute. That's just a little weird.

Hello!
First, I'd like to say that this is a great mod, and I'm having fun so far! I'm playing Morrowind on Android (Open Morrowind or OMW), and I have a slight problem with the mod.
I've reached to the part where she wants to show a magic trick or something, but after the dialogue ends, nothing happens.
I think it's because I have OMW, cuz I have very few mods, and as far as I can tell, none of them interferes with Constance.
I also noticed that at the end of her dialogue, there's no "Goodbye" option, which could be it.
I haven't installed animation mods, besides one that increases speed, but I'll check that one too, just to be sure.
I hope someone will be able to help, cuz I really wanna have a playthrough with her.

There are a couple of bugs that need fixing for Constance on OMW - as I recall one is a tendency to attack player or other companions and the other is a failure to correctly complete the addition of spells or abilities, which sounds like your problem. They should be covered on one of the OMW forums - I think a search for "constance" there should lead you to the solutions, and you will find a couple of contributions by Emma, plus a few from me. I use OpenMW on Linux, not familiar with it on Android, so I don't know how difficult it would be to implement the fixes on Android. Hope that helps Loriel

I've found a post with the solution, which was to just skip that dialogue entirely by opening console, clicking on her, and entering "set ChatCount to 6" . I'm writing this down here, so if anyone else might have the same problem, they'll find it right here. Also, I did notice her fighting behaviour. She has shot me several times with her bow, and thrown poisoned chitin stars at me, while I fought two rats. She seems to do this when I'm between her and the enemy, which is quite often, frankly, cuz I play a custom spellsword with atronach, using sword, shield and medium armour. Guess I'll just endure her attacks, as she doesn't do that much damage to me. Once again, thanks for the help! Kaal-do-Jul

kaal Very important safety tip-> NEVER EVER EVER stand in front of Vilja when enemies are about. And NEVER EVER EVER EVER equip Vilja with mass destruction wands or staffs. I reloaded the game about a dozen times on a dungeon crawl in Skyrim trying to figure out which of the enemies was instantly killing me. No matter how fast I retreated, WHAM and dead. I finally stopped and instead of entering the deadly room ahead of me I checked what Vilja had equipped. Staff of fireballs and a staff of lightning. Same same applies in FO4. Do Not Equip Followers With Area Effect Weapons. Molotovs? Fezzik summed it up best: There will be no survivors!

oops, discussion is of Constance in Morrowind (but you are absolutely correct in never giving a companion area effect spells; if they don't kill you with them they will kill or injure an NPC and you get blamed, possibly attacked)

oops, discussion is of Constance in Morrowind (but you are absolutely correct in never giving a companion area effect spells; if they don't kill you with them they will kill or injure an NPC and you get blamed, possibly attacked) Classic was Vilja letting rip with a staff of chain lightning in Whiterun. As I reached the gates I looked back. Apart from everyone in the city mad at me, my 10 or so followers / companions had also got fried.
My suggestion with Constance is SAVE A LOT. And make your saves in pairs a few minutes apart. Just consider her a never ending side quest. She MUST complete her actions or dialogue every time. If not, revert to the latest save. If still no dice, revert to the earlier one. Let one script fail to fire and embed that in a save, yer skrewed.
One of my runs with Constance was bugged. Got worse until she became a vegetable. Turned out when I first met her outside Gnissis a rat interrupted her initial dialogues.

Worst issue I had with Constance was apparently from some odd interaction of mods or maybe just a glitch in that particular game. But if we went through an interior portal door (click on door and appear in next room, as opposed to a physical door you could open and close) she would disappear; this did not occur with exterior portal doors. We would be in a hallway, she right behind me, I click on door and am in next room, she is not behind me, go back out to hallway and she is not there, contact her and she responds, tell her to come to me and she says she can't because she is in combat; tell her to meet me somewhere and she agrees then never appears. The only way around this that I found was to exit the building or dungeon and just start walking outside, after 40-50 yards turn around and there she is. This happened so often in Vivec that I actually started leaving her outside to wait while I went in and took care of business.
Oddly, this was the last Morrowind game I played, reached a point where everything was "been there, done that" and played less and less. She and my character are still in limbo on a 12 year old HD, wondering if I will ever return to continue our adventures (we had done nearly everything except take out old Dagoth Ur).

I'm at that point too. And a new start means smacking another 10,000 cliff racers. Any suggestions?

There is a mod - Passive Healthy Wildlife - which makes many creatures, including cliff racers, non-aggressive unless you attack them first. This doesn't affect creatures you would expect to be aggressive, like kagouti, nix-hounds, slaughterfish, etc., or diseased creatures. Much more enjoyable to explore without every rat, scrib ...or cliff racer... attacking on sight.

Is that with default clothing or a mod? I never experienced any such oddities with Constance (though I have with NPCs in Oblivion). Mod.
Below her level
And above
But she's properly attired after Flin (above)
Sorry for the sudden question but, these clothes are really lovely and I've not seen them anywhere. Do you remember where they're from at all? Not sure if the 'ori' command would work if you don't remember what mod has them exactly. Thank you~!

They look like some of Canadian Ice' work. She made many clothing mods, including several scripted clothing shops, for Morrowind.

Ah thanks for the reminder of CI! I've looked around quite extensively for CI's things, since their website doesn't allow registration and only a few links work on different sites sadly. The thing I'm most interested in is the pink silky dress tbh.

Sadly her site is basically dead; she spoke of taking it down entirely a couple of years ago as server costs didn't justify keeping it with so few active members remaining.
I haven't checked but some of her work may be on Nexus, and I'm sure many of us have them archived (for me this entails an expedition into the wilds of the hall closet ...and people questioned my backing up everything I ever downloaded, lol).
