Playing through the White Wolf of Lokken Mountain for the first time, I'm at the bit where I take the amulet to Snorri to prove I'm Laurenna's friend. First off, I have currently got Sanies Lupinus and when I try to speak to him he just gives the standard vanilla 'ooh, you're not very well, that's not good...' type line, so I tried curing myself (I haven't yet decided whether I want to do this, hence wandering around infected) and now he just says something like 'who are you, you're not welcome here!' and I can't say anything, it's just a 'goodbye' thing. I've got the amulet, I've tried wearing it/not wearing it, neither makes any difference. Am I missing something? I'd really like to do this quest, so I'm hoping it's me missing something rather than the quest bugging out!

That's odd. That's a new one on me.
Some ideas, in no particular order occur to me:
Change cells (go outside the cave should be enough) wait three game days, come back.
Go talk to Laurenna again. Should not be necessary but you never know. Then go back to Snorri and try talking to him again
Raise your personality (and/or speechcraft?) right before talking to Snorri again.

For now, I've reloaded to before I spoke to Laurenna, I'm gonna finish the Bloodmoon main quest and go back, see if maybe it's sorted itself out (Bethesda games being Bethesda games.) If not, I'll give the suggestions a go, thanks!

Okay so for reasons I won't bore you with, I have reloaded to before I even went to the Skaal village and this time I had no issues with the dialogue (also: turns out you can talk to the ghost...) So it must just be that I picked the exact worst time to try and follow the LoKKen quest, and the fact that everyone is freaked out by my having werewolf disease was interfering. Thanks anyway for the suggestions!
Now desperately trying to find ordinary wolves, because of course the second you start looking for the wildlife you've been running away from all day, they all vanish.

Oh, one other quick thing, Laurenna suggested I could take her father's armour, is that the stuff he's wearing? He's encased in Stahlrim at the moment, and I don't have the pick to break it, but also I'd feel a bit rude doing that! But if it's what she was talking about then I guess when I get the pick I could... (Or am I missing an extra set somewhere?)

Been a while since I played this, but I seem to recall that his helm was on top of the stalhrim coffin, easily accessible. I don't think any other armor was actually there? Part of the reason I forget is by the time my characters get to Lokken, they already have very good gear, so are not interested in his armor. edit: next time I'm in Windows I'll take a look in the CS and see if I can refresh my memory.

Yeah, I kinda figured it probably wasn't that ("hello, I am very much mourning my father, why not smash up his tomb and strip his corpse!") but there doesn't seem to be any armour there, other than what he's wearing, so I was kinda confused! Like, you know when someone says 'oh, help yourself to X!' and you go in the kitchen and the X packet isn't open so it feels like you shouldn't just... open it, but also you don't want to be rude and not take any when they seemed very keen that you have some?

Well, I don't have a character in Lokken yet, so I looked in the Construction Set. My memory is apparently off. The armor pieces are placed so that they are in the stalhrim coffin but not inside it as a container. The only things outside the coffin are the amulet and a little plant in a vase.
I had the thought that dialog might make the stalhrim coffin disapear so that you could then grab the armor but it's not a unique object ID, it's a regular stalhrim coffin like one would find in regular tombs in Solstheim. I am confused.

Werewoof disease is a priority script that shoves all other scripts running to the side. If your game is script constipated, this would be a classic symptom.
