Suggestion for the new Vilja. Bunches of sexy and gross naked people and one of the player pastimes is to find mods to put clothes on them.

LOL Sniffles, with the many clothes mods around that quest will take roughly five minutes. Apart from the time it takes to find the naked people, of course.

I'm not sure if you have personally seen midwest America Walmart shoppers but I think you can imagine. So imagine for a moment. There you are in Whiterun. Among the chunky beefcakes and willowly winsome female pulchritude on display, you encounter a OH HOLY CRAP! SOMEBODY THROW A BLANKET ON THAT! You pull your head out of that bush and stagger in to the Bannered Mare. Massive cheeks draped and drooping off the sides of barstools meet your eyes and it's back to sticking your head in a bush and you wouldn't be surprised to see your shoes ploop out with the next convulsion. You have to do something or your eyes will be permanently damaged. So you head on down to the blacksmith and run down the list of garments you can make. Well, it's going to take 12 mammoth hides for that model, and 4 ebony ingots for the rivets to hold it together. Don't skimp on materials, you don't want a seam to split open in front of you right after a steaming hot bowl of skeevertail soup. Then you have to install your craftsmanship without the victim knowing it is coming (Stealth above 90, please, alteration augmented to 216 minimum.)

hi there. very nice mod. but a few confusing problem. is there a quest line list. i feel like im missing something. talking to boeta in bannered mare make me i think skip forward tru the quest. some auto completed during the dialogue. i think i missed something. the donkey tail and the dog auto completed in 2 clicks of beota dialogue, yet, i did nothing yet for that quest. just says completed in my grey out completed quest section. should i reset boeta?
even more confusing are, theres still ingredients to find when you hover on her map marker, main quest it still opened but offers no info, and shes already at the i love you part and hugs. scratch head*

Beata is not part of Vilja's quest and she only shows up in the Bannered mare if you are deliberately using the Off-topic and configuration dialogue. She is simply a tweak that enables you to proceed automatically in Vilja's questline for example if someone has to install Skyrim or Vilja's mod anew and doesn't want to start all over from the beginning. By using Beata without any need you are spoiling all of Vilja's quests you haven't done before. Vilja's quest are not linear, this means not like the usual Skyrim quest with getting a task, running through a dungeon, finding the quest object, returning to the quest giver and receiving the award. You should play as usual with her as company and wait and see what will happen. With doing this you can do other quests or you are following Vilja's quest objectives. You are not able to accelerate her quests. You can rely on that Vilja's quest will proceed if you are patient.

Yeah. There can be several game days between updates in Vilja's quest, sometimes. Mostly they're faster.

hey tyvm for the info. as you said she resumed giving quest a couple of game days later. and yes, fooling around with the menu, i did hit that emergency button once. i should know better... never touch the little red button someone said once . i hope it doesn't mess up with meeting the future in-laws so i can borrow dads tools and see what vilja will looks like in 25 years in her mom. i was curious about xp for her quests if it gives any. i play sporadically, lvl 52 now and going for max level, and starting to run out of things to do even with some mods installed. i was hoping her radiant quest amounted to some xp amount total. a funny thing i noticed, since i left serena at dawnguard by parting way after a month of game time with both, introduced and all, vilja is bringing up if like serena and talks about her more often. i wonder if thats the long term memory effect emma talks about in the FAQ. again, great mod, very nice job.

Just opened the main page for your site and saw that 4.0 is here! I gasped in delight. My dogs wondered if I had choked on my breakfast. Thank you!

Dunno why, but installing version 4.0 cause Vilja and her entourage to head for the Temple of Mara. Leifur, though, went to the Bannered Mare. Before the update, all were at home at Heljarchen Hall.

Use the power, Wotan..., well, at least Vilja's Reset Spell and have a friendly fight with her. This should clear her brain.

I was just surprised to get a strange message adfter fast traveling from Whiterun home to Heljarchen - follower could not follow I looked around but Anduniel was still there - it turned out the family was almost at Riften. I found them in the Temple again - exvcept Leifur (found him in the Bannered Mare) Anyway, I was just interested to see where this new quest was going - and boy did it lead to a huge dungeon crawl

After a complete reinstall the only thing missing was Vilja. Now, with ver 4.0 this question has been answered. I play her toegether with Sofia, as they are completely different characters and the contrast of their comments on the same situation is really great!

Just did a complete restart, meeting Vilja at the Bannered Mare. So far it works flawlessly. A number of subtle improvements (like her managing to exit the BM gracefully without the protracted door ballet) are immediately obvious. This is going to be fun. I'm going to go through her entire quest with this advanced character then the low level one to compare.
I have also noticed some things are now working that quit in the later stages of the bgame after I had Vilja around for many months. Additional dialogue from vanilla NPCs are coming up. I'm not surprised. In another posting I wasn't quite accurate. I started this game and install of Skyrim September 2012 with an anti steam* game core installed January of this year which improved stability drastically. Considering how we go out of our way at game breaking, a tribute to Bethseda and Vilja.
* We have purchased Skyrim, now what we call Slyrim TWICE. This is not a pirated version but one that is free of autocratic steam dictatorship.

Downloaded, installed, up and running -- looks like Vilja v4 works fine!
