A Dream Come True! For Tindra it was a long held dream finally come true! After several hard years of study and practice, she had graduated from the Music Academy! The Twins were thrilled, her family proud and even her Mother came around to see that this is what Tindra had really wanted to do in her heart and was happy for her! The family celebrated at one of their favorite Inn's and the Twins sang many of their most loved songs together with their younger sister, in a beautiful harmony. Tindra the Bard!

Living, traveling and camping with six dynamic women (two of whom, you are in a relationship with!) has had it's challenges! Not the least of them, the lack of privacy at times (many times!). The only working solution has been to just ignore anything outside of the mutual interest in the moment at hand! Sometimes this has led to hilarious results, sometimes to embarrassing moments and once in a while, (a great while!) it has created an unforgettably lovely memory!

I'm still having trouble figuring out how Vilja fits that tent in her pocket.

I'm still having trouble figuring out how Vilja fits that tent in her pocket. I gave her a campfire tent to carry, so in my world it isn't in her pocket but in her pack.

"Oh no! It can't be!" said the shieldmaiden looking up in surprise, "The headless horseman really does exist!" the younger Twin read in an impassioned voice as her older sibling acted the scene out! Frequently the Twins would ask Graykin to critique an act they were working on together. Sometimes a song and dance or a saga and at other times telling a story with one reading and the other one doing a pantomime of it! Graykin knew they took his advice seriously and thought hard to speak in a positive way on their performance. He felt honored that they trusted his opinion so much and this really motivated him to say it well for them!

"Dragon!" called the Younger Vilja to her Twin, "Let the Dragonborn know!" she added. 'Oh how sweet!' thought the Twin, as she turned and walked to the Dragonborn. 'And here we have just finished setting up camp!' she sighed and then grinned ruefully, knowing that the Dragonborn would be just as resigned at the timing as she was feeling!

There say that there is no fury like a woman scorned, but one, a man interrupted! The Dragonborn was in the middle of his daily ritual (induced by a lot of fiber and exercise!) when there was a loud roar, the earth shock and the door to the privy blew off! the Twins both ran up to assist in what they believed was going to be the slaughter of the offending dragon but they were stunned when the Dragonborn just stood there motionless with a fierce glare, until the dragon noting the atmospheric temperature had dropped significantly landed and slowly craned his head to the entrance of the privy and abashedly spoke. "Ah... Dovakiin, my humble apologies, I didn't realise you were ah... indisposed!" The Dragonborn not moving a muscle still managed to convey a sense of awareness of the Dragons words. "Umm... let's say I shall return after a brief interval to resume our dialogue?" the Blood Dragon continued, at which to the amazement of the Twins, the Dragonborn slightly nodded. Immediately the dragon with an undisguised sigh of relief took off into the skies as the Dragonborn, his dignity intact, returned to his daily ritual inside the privy. The Twins looked at each other in disbelief and shook their heads, "Must be a Man thing" the Elder Twin said to her sister, "we will never understand it!" she concluded as they walked off together bemused.

Graykin, that's CLASSIC!
I really need to get Squishy to finish her mod. Dragons appear by the half dozen or so. Some are in the Mammoth, cattle, horse non hostile groups. All are protected endangered species and killing one will get you a hefty bounty in that area. Before the game crashed it was so impossibly cute watching a dragon amble on down the road following a farmer.

Graykin, just as a test, an experiment, would you consider running Squishy's mod? Actually, it's just a couple of console mods and the mod Springtime for Skyrim that adds a lot more bunnies. Then just open the console and give a bunny the AI of a dragon. I'm not sure what happened but ALL the bunnies got that AI. Skyrim takes on a whole different everything as each new cell you enter is packed to the rafters in bunny warfare against everything else. It went beyond hilarious when we snuck up on a bandit occupied fort (with the extra bandits/enemies mod) to find the evil nogoodkicks engaged in mortal combat with the enraged fuzzybutts. But it is a little trying to be unable to move more than a few paces without getting bunny bit.

Rotating everyone for the morning patrol around the base camp has always presented its own set of challenges! Especially when it happened to include one of someone's pet peeves! Sighing in resignation the Elder Twin remarked under her breath, "You know Honey, I like Sophia! But, if she sings one more song with the lyrics wrong... I'm going to lose it!" Graykin nodded sympathetically, "I understand my Dear, but doesn't she more than make up for it with her loyalty and willingness to help anyone that needs it?" Vilja sighed again, "Yes of course!" at which moment Sophia walked up on them and said out of curiosity, "Huh?". This time Graykin sighed and replied, "It's nothing, let's get moving!" and they started off over the hill, when Sophia's voice drifted back towards the camp, "Hey! You guys want to hear a song?". And then, immediately afterwards in Vilja's voice, "NOOOOOOOOOO!".

In a (rare) flash of insight, Graykin suddenly realized that going camping to get away from it all for a little while, is counterproductive when you bring the reasons for getting away from it all, with you! Knowing also that he is too fond of everyone and that they would not understand, if he went off by himself (it's actually happened on some occasions that even after being told to 'stay' somewhere they would track him down anyways!). He sighed deeply and was immediately assaulted by everyone's concern, "What can I do for you?" Eryniel spoke quickly first, "Do you want something?". "Yes honey?" the Elder Twin asked, "Is everything alright?". The Younger Vilja added, "I'm bored of this place, let's go somewhere else!". "Hmm...?" Ceri inquired. "Yes, is there something you want?" Sophia stated curiously. "Let's go! I'm right behind you!" Said Serana impatiently! And even Liefer after scratching a flea, tilted his head and whined at Graykin (not wanting to be left out!).

"This is so nice!" the Younger Twin replied to the Dovahkiin's query, "Since the fort commander invited us to camp here, we can sleep in and not only not have to wake up for any guard duty, But we can use the indoor plumbing!" she finished with some enthusiasm! "Amen to that!" her sister seconded her excitement! "We need to camp this way, every chance we can!" 'Note to self' the Dovahkiin thought, 'I just may have to plan our journeys from fort to fort from now on!'.

Over time, it has become quite clear that one of the most important functions of the Vilja Twins are as the morale keepers of the group. Somehow they seem to instinctively know when spirits are sagging and what to do about it! Either one or even both of them will start spontaneously singing, playing an instrument and/or dancing just when things seem to be sinking into a lull. Making funny statements out of the blue, being silly on occasion and volunteering to either read a book or just spontaneously telling a story has also been used as a booster upper in their mutual repertoire! They are highly regarded and deeply appreciated by everyone! This morning saw the (slightly) older sister playing her lute while the (slightly) younger twin hummed along. Everyone began to relax and enjoy the music. Even Serana and Ceri got up to dance together. Simply amazing!
