Just recognized, when during a combat I hit Vilja accidentally, the player right away go to death.
I understand, that the NPC will react about an accidentally hit, but why means this exitus for the player?

I've never experienced this or heard of it before. I've accidentally hit her on several occasions and usually she just says "Hey, I'm not an enemy".
Are you able to describe any more details about what you and her were doing when this happened? Also how did you die? Did she kill you or did you just die? Has it happened more than once?

Usually, when I accidentally hit her, Vilja says "Hey! What are you doing? I'm on your side."

Jumping in here on the conversation Tom, as Seyheb and Wotan has said, I've never had that happen either. She usually just says what Seyheb and Wotan mentioned above. Your not possibly talking about getting killed by a hug are you?

Yes, I know, that is what occuring before when she got hit that she just complainted, but now I have to be careful when she follows me at any combat. And as I said, I just tested, by hinting her with a weapon, I died immediately, without any Dialog.

Hi Tom. If you could let us know more about what you and her were doing when this first happened it may help. I take it from what you are saying that it now happens immediately after you hit her and you die without her hitting you back. Is that correct?

Did you recently add, or remove any mods Tom? Post us you load order please. This is VERY weird, I'm not sure any of us have ever heard of someone just mistakenly hitting Vilja and having their PC immediately die as the result.

Are you using any mods that alter enchanting? Or the reflect damage ability? It could in theory be possible to give her a high enough reflect damage that if you hit her with a strong enough weapon it would kill you.

WIP, I can imagine you may right, as this issue starts occuring when I created more powerful poison to improve smithing and prepared strong Wolfcry armor for her and me.

I now wear another less strong armor, and this issue disappeared. So for me it is dependant on the armor the player wears how feedback works and kills the player on attacking her.
Wearing the stronger armor again, issue returns.

That's weird. Can you give us the exact specifications of the armor? This sort of sounds like Demon/Dark Souls tank-o-matic stuff.

I did that with Wolfcry Armor she made for me, which has been upgraded on the workbench, and the other armor is just enchanted mage armor.

What are the enchantments on Vilja's and your set of armor?
If you altered Vilja's attack power before (under "traveling together..." -> "off-topic - Configuration and Settings" -> "Configuration of damage dealing and receiving"), please tell us what that value is, and then change it back to 0 or to something negative. Wear the set of armor that caused you troubles and see if the problem occurs again. If it doesn't, then this little test is telling us that the root of the problem is related to Vilja's armor enchantments. And not to related to the strength of your set of armor.

Yes, with negativ value -5 it still occurs. The value was 0 the default setting before.
