The rules. Instead of finding Waldo, we post pictures of Skyrim proper, not added mods lands, that have a unique feature that is clearly and easily visible. Include what you guess is the difficulty of knowing that location. I'll start off. Where's Vilja in Skyrim? Difficulty about 8+

So do you want people to re-edit the photos Like this? Oh, you want the location too. That's tricky.

I deliberately excluded finding Vilja in the picture as we all know some royal turkeybutt will include a 3 pixel high Vilja at midnight in a snowstorm standing in the shadows of mouth of a nondescript cave.
Picture above hint: You are looking WSW and the mod Springtime in Skyrim doesn't alter the terrain features significantly.
Maybe I should have named the thread Where in Skyrim is Vilja. I just did.

This should be a ruined tower... Riften watchtower?

It's an unnamed tower northwest of Shor's stone.I have to go back and find it again!

Unnamed? Are you sure it isn't Shor's Watchtower?

It definitely wasn't one of the watchtowers - they're made of wood - I checked. And visiting the forts in The Rift - neither of them match either.

Umm am I supposed to show one next? Hint.. Talos shrine between two places with Rock in the name. Love it! That's a hard one. This could take as long as a major quest to find! If anyone finds it and wants to post where, could you please use spoiler?

Wouldn't be fun without some difficulty finding it. When you do find it you can enjoy a nice swim.

Very nice idea, this thread. If I'm not completely mistaken this Shrine of Talus must be here: ... overlooking a lovely lake in the middle of the triangle Cradlecrush Rock, Gallows Rock and Mixwater Mill. Very inviting for a swim, indeed. Hint: Talos looking with satisfaction on peaceful waters high above where rushing white and dark waters mix. Sniffle's first picture should be: ...east of Fort Greenwall looking WSW... ... after the Imperials have won the civil war (see the flag on the tower). Formerly the tower was inhabited by bandits.

Formerly the tower was inhabited by bandits. I was right? Looking WSW! Yeay! After the Imperials.... actually, I'm in the middle of Season Unending with all the snooty high brows sitting around a table un-enjoying each other's company I presume. I've left them there to stew for about a half year of game play. In the meantime I've cleared Ft. Greenwall and most of the other forts 20 or 30 times each and the Imperials or Stormcloaks have moved in, mostly Stormcloaks. They moved in here back around August, 200-300 playing hours ago. Not sure if the game is working normal or is badly broken. (I've been playing this same game and character with various reloads to earlier saves since September 2012.)
