Sniffles , please do not write about your problems with someone else's post. It's not helpful. Dova, her problem may have helped because of a similar problem. Its all learned experience. Surely I could have judged that myself. And the rest of us could as well. Sorry that Sniffles got scolded for posting and that she felt obliged to delete that post. None of us seem to be real "experts" and can only give advice based upon our personal experiences. We may be able to describe what fixed a given problem for us without really knowing why it worked.

Rhyls, do you have a very stable and reliable game now running? Meaning, completely crash free, go anywhere do anything and the game just sails along? A small suggestion. Keep in mind, no matter how well made mods are, they are rarely tested, really tested like developers test their software, under all circumstances. All circumstances = game + every DLC + every add on + every mod that loads before the newest mod you are installing + any subsequent mods in the load order that adjust the global settings. Shush, Dont say that word 'stable' near my game. At the moment all is fine. Yes, stable, go anywhere, restarted and manually installed 90% of the mods. Dropped Ceri, and just going along with Vilja, Eryniel and Sofia, Inigo is in theere for later, Oh, anfd the 'Im sworn to do your bidding' Lydia. Funny, Last year installed vis NMM and never a problem, played right through to the end. This time I intend to do Viljas's stuff ocasionally but mostly browse along the highways and byways, On a sidenote, was invited to go to Thailand later this year.

Well, 'I thought it was out of order' personally I always enjoy Sniffles, her input makes me smille very often.

It's generally advised, I think, not to install Skyrim into Program Files, particularly if you want to mod it, because of, er, permissions and things, I think? I have Skyrim installed on my E: drive, and have no problems getting Mod Organiser to work as expected.
Definitely agree on getting a stable vanilla game up and running, and then installing a small number of mods at a time, btw. (I think that was on this thread?)
