I recommended this mod on the SSE thread and at the time there was no back port done.

(Yes this is an SSE page but there is now a 32bit version under the optional downloads.)
If you play with a grass mod such as Verdant this cleans up massive amounts of clipping that takes place. It will also improve performance by removing some of the unneeded grass especially in the Whiterun area.
A definite must if you use a grass mod.
Edit: I am not using 32 bit so I have not personally tested this version of the mod, only the 64 bit version.
