QUESTION:
I just rescued Constance's uncle and the last journal entry for this quest says that we have no idea where to look for Yanna.
I had found the hideout quite some time ago but can't get in so I am guessing I am missing a journal entry or something. From what I have read in search results, Constance is supposed to say something about this in Caldera or Balmora. I've been walking around with her for the past hour and keep clicking on her but she hasn't said anything to move the quest along.
ANSWER:
Location does not plays a part. Eventually Constance will talk about Yanna again and tell you of a 'plan', until that happens you can't enter Yanna's hideout.

Sadrith Mora is the place to trigger it, especially in front of the gateway inn. This happened to me twice, so that can't be a coincidence. After resqueing uncle balgoth from Junmasir just continue with your adventures. Do some faction quests, continue with the mainquest, do sidequests or just stroll around. In my case; after i rescued balgoth i travelled to Ald'Ruhn. I used the guild guide to go to Wolverine hall. I headed to the gateway inn and as soon as i was standing at the other side of the big stone door Constance received a message from her uncle and that she has a plan. I'm not sure if it has something to do with your reputation, but Balmora and Caldera won't work.

A little faq for starting Constance adventures.
Q: I can't find Constance, where is she? A: Constance is waiting outside Gnisis. When you're in Gnisis, leave it from the entrance next to Arvs-Drelen (that velothi tower where Baladas resides), then continue in the direction to Ald Velothi/Khuul, passing the sign of Guar trail. After that sign you should see someone standing not far from it. That's Constance.
Q: So i have found Constance, but nothing happens. Now what? A: Not so fast. Constance first needs to learn you better before she starts to drag you into her adventures. So first continue with your own adventures. After a while it will trigger things like meeting-places and other things. Let then also constance go to a meeting place now and then, like the madach tradehouse. After a while constance will finally talk about her uncle and bow.
Q: I can't find that uncle. where is he? A: Did you travel to Seyda Neen and asked around? That's what you have to do after Constance talked about her uncle and wants to visit Seyda Neen.
Q: I'm supposed to find a certain guy called Camembert, where is he? A: First ask in Gnisis about Balgoth. Then you're pointed out that they walk outside of the town. Leave Gnisis by passing Fort Darius and just follow the path. Claude Camembert is wearing a brown robe.
Q: So where is Junmasir? A: At the place where that camembert is standing just go down and go into the Samsi river. It can be a bit tricky, but it's entrance is not far from the second entrance of Assarnud. It's entrance is on the waterside.

*BIG THANK YOU* Candesco! I'm ever so thankful to anyone that helps me fill in questions and answers here and in the other threads - as well as start and continue on other subjects, of course - I'm sure there are lots of useful stuff over at the old forum that would be great to have.

Q: I accidently sold her amulet and don't recall where. Is there a way to get a replacement? A: Call up the console and type player->additem aa_con_amulet 1
Q: I've been traveling with Constance and now I can't find her A: when all else fails, go to Gnisis and ask an NPC about constance. The dialog topic is something like "Where is Constance". She should then be teleported to the inn or tavern (or whatever it's called) in Gnisis.
Q: Constance was killed. Can I use the console to resurrect her? A: If you kill any version of a character, the game will always think they are dead. NPCs in he game (such as her uncle) will think she is dead, making completion of her quest impossible. It's best to reload from a save before she was killed.
Q: Constance uses only hand-to-hand in combat. A: Are her weapons repaired? If their "health" is zero, they are broken and she will not use them.
Q: Constance gets drunk and passes out. I try to talk to her and it's reported as a crime. A: Since she is unconscious, the game thinks you are pick-pocketing her. Avoid talking to her until she wakes up.
Q: I seem to be making no progress with talking to Yanna A: Her disposition needs to be fairly high, I think 75.
Q: Constance's quest remains active in the journal even though her bow has been retrieved. When does the Constance quest-line end? A: It ends once you have found her bow. There is no announcement of the end.

Little note for the end of Constance's Quest; after you retreived the bow and give it to Constance the journal entry will still appear and doesn't close as normal. This is been reported several times and i have encountered it myself also. This is caused because the option finishing isn't activated at the very last questID, that is 250 (you can see that in the CS). But you can remove the journal entry. Bring up the console and type; Journal, "AA_Conbow,250" and hit enter. Now the journalentry disappear as normal.

Some hints for avoiding some "surprises". Constance has the nasty habit of doing "a little bit of this and a little bit of that" as she would call it at certain times. At one time you're holding 300 kwama eggs with you and an other time you end up with an amulet from some woman. And then at a certain point you will be attacked by 2 argonians. Nice friend, eh. So here the hints:
1.The kwama eggs will happen in Balmora, let's say just around the corner where the Camonna Tong hang out. If this happen, then open your inventory as quickly as possible and drop those eggs. Otherwise a hlaalu guard will come to you (he is wandering near the silt strider) and will gladly throw you in the jail. After you drop them you can pick them up again and then sell it, brew potions with it or store it.
2. When you're in Ald'Ruhn you will see a woman next to the Mages guild. As soon as you pass that woman she will hold you and will start yelling about an amulet being stolen by your nice friend over there. Well, then you know what time it is. Also here is the advice; react quickly or it's the bars for you. Talk with Constance as soon as the dialog with the woman ends and convince Constance of giving the amulet back (she will deny it first and also won't be happy to give it, but will co-operate).
3. In Sadrith Mora, not for from the Gateway Inn and somewhere near Ancola (a redguard trader) you will stumble into another woman. Oh yes, Constance has striked again. Also this woman would to have her jewelry back or else it's the well-known stripe costume. Recipe is the same as in Ald'Ruhn: talk with constance, say to give that ring back and then give the ring back to the woman. Case closed.
A bright side of these encounters is that once you have dealt with it then it won't happen again. The 2 female npc's in Ald'Ruhn and Sadrith Mora will disappear after you given back their jewelry. The hlaalu guard in Balmora will stay there however, but as long as you don't hold those eggs with you then it will just be a regular guard.
4. After a time (i don't know when, but at least it happens after the last quest from constance) when you walk to Pelagiad Constance will give some daggers, which seems to be actually from some argonians. It seems like our little bosmer friend hasn't told the whole story, cause as soon as you turn your back you will face the argonians and they don't look very friendly. It will result in a fight. Don't you also like some little excercise in the morning.
Then some tips regarding the bow where the questline is all about: When you retrieve that bow just give it to Constance and let it keep her. No matter what. Otherwise she will be nagging you to the death about it. She wants that bow and is obsessed with it. So don't store it anywhere and definitely don't keep it yourself all the time. If you want that Constance use that bow, then don't add a bow with better stats to her inventory, like the daedric longbow. As soon as you do that she will use the better one instead of her own bow.

Hmm... there are some things in your last post that makes me wonder if maybe I should start a separate "cheat"-topic for Constance ... I can't seem to find any other function that hides text you might not want to read.

I don't consider it cheats. But if you ain't happy with it, then i shall remove the post. The egg thing have you revealed yourself at the old forum. I thought you wouldn't have problems with it how to handle those things.
