hello. I just got married to vilja.
After a reception with her family at Bee and Barb, we spent first night at the Lake View mansion. But there is a problem. The vilja's costume system is broken. The system that automatically changes clothes does not wear clothes. Clothes worn in cities, palaces and outdoors are unrecognized and become naked. Even if I change to new clothes, vilja still don't wear the clothes. Indoors and underwear, swimwear, A,B,C,D outfits work well. How can I fix this? I can't play her game without her~~~!!

Not 100% sure, but it might help if you downloaded, read over the instructions and ran the "Fix for Corrupt Form Lists" program accessible from the Optional downloads section at the bottom of this page: Companion Vilja in Skyrim

Quick fix. Load saved games before the Bee and Barb. A common problem is all the scripts going off at that reception. Can make all sorts of things get weird. There really is no way to avoid this, it's a game engine foible coupled to Vilja's wardrobe functions which are, shall we say, delicate. I had numerous problems with that wardrobe and simply chose to not use it. Saved me many headaches down the road.
If you do find a recent saved game where the wardrobe still works, allow plenty of time when in areas where many scripts are running. Do no interactions and just monitor functions like her wardrobe. Getting Vilja out of script heavy areas and letting things cool off for a few minutes to an hour allowing scripts to finish running in areas that aren't populated is a good safety measure. Do lots of IC and OOC interactions with Vilja to help her get through script bottlenecks.
I had her get all gooped up in scripts once at the Bards college and slow walked her all the way to Riften. Took about an hour for her to comment about her flute. I don't think scripts are directly related to her wardrobe but the game engine gives precedence to certain things and will skip over other functions. So it skips over a few dozen scripts that need to be executed and it can end up going brain dead and -> "Wardrobe? Call function? What is that?"
And as @aatmasyn mentioned, form lists is the bane of Bethseda. As a wonderful example, load Breezehome with a couple thousand pieces of gear and such in and out of containers. Eventually when you try to go out the door the game crashes. It simply can't pack away all the form lists and execute a cell transition and loading.
