Whilst wandering through Ashmelech, a vampire-infested ancestral tomb in the Sheogorad area, Laurenna's response when conversation initiated with her appeared to be that of freed "cattle" - "Thank you... thank you... you've freed us from this nightmare. We came to destroy them and ended up being their food! Those horrible monsters... we are all a little weak still, but we will make our way to safety. Thank you again for doing what we could not.
Goodbye"
I was doing the "Recover the Redoran Archmaster's belt" quest from one of the LGNPC mods (and haven't yet found the key to release the cattle). It's possible that clashed with WWoL, or it could be part of the vanilla game which clashes - I don't usually explore the vampire parts of the game.

I'll bring it up with Cyrano asap, if it is LGNPC causing this he might want to know it. As LGNPC doesn't have Bloodmoon as a masterfile it might be a very unexpected sideeffect.

Three additional observations, after playing a bit further: - I didn't find a key to release the cattle
- All cattle showed the same dialog as Laurenna - which appears to be appropriate if they had been freed. There is no "free me" option available - in fact, no option other than "Goodbye". They still wore bracers, indicating that hey hadn't been freed.
- None of the other three companions I had present (Morganna, Constance, Julan) showed similar problems - all seemed to have normal dialog available.

Some cattle cannot be freed, just like some slaves cannot be freed. (dialog like "there is no hope for us" is usually a clue). There will not be a key in these cases. This is part of the regular (unmodded) game.

If I am interpreting what I have found from poking around in the CS correctly, then I think the problem dialogue is added by the LGNPC mod (Pax_Redoran v1.20). It is a Greeting1, and filter conditions for it are: Cell=Ashmelech PC not in the Aundae faction Aundae vampire "boss" is dead [If Aundae vampire "boss" is still alive, there is different dialogue]
There doesn't appear to be any filter on the npc's ID.
I haven't checked them, but I am guessing that the other companions have specific dialogue for that cell which has higher priority than this, but Laurenna doesn't.

Thank you for reporting the problem. There are four non-cattle, non-Aundae vampire NPCs in Ashmelech. The greeting you encountered was intended for them - that is why it is not filtered by ID. We did not anticipate NPCs following the player into this cell. While Emma could create a specific dialog entry for this cell it is really not her responsibility to compensate for our error. I have a few thoughts about how to resolve the matter for the next update of Pax Redoran.

Always take into account that a player may be taking one or more companions with them where ever they go, Cyrano.
