The topic of this thread is "is elricm.com down" yet the body of the your post is about the Morrowind enchanted editor readme file. It is unclear if you are asking about the whereabouts file or saying, "here is the file?"
That "download this file now" link is bad. Brings up a slow-loading "file not found or forbidden" page.

OK.... Ah yea I am asking if the site is down. I used to depend on the many resources found there... I explained that when I went to the site I found all the pages not loading and I also said the link "leads to a lost file page." in the post??? What is so hard to get? I swear this community is getting so easy to cross... I'm afraid to even try and get help any more? And its not just a readme file it is a concise and detailed document of many pages and illustrations. I say even if you are admin' you are very well named here. Any way I have found the file here if any one is also looking. Tes3Mod:Enchanted Editor - UESPWikiI am sorry to be so much trouble.

I suspect that this may be a repeat of problems suffered by this forum when it was hosted on Elricm.
They varied, but in most cases the site was accessible but not very functional because the database was corrupted.
As I recall, the cause was generally that the logs were growing so large (due to efforts by spambots to login) that there was no space left for the database.
Based on that previous experience, I would expect that in due course Elric will notice the problem and fix it.

Most of those resources should be available at Morrowind Modding History. If they aren't, let us know and we'll see about getting them added when ElricM comes back up.

Try this file and there is a Enchanted Editor Help file included. It's not much but it's better than nothing. mw.modhistory.com/download-95-5259Loriel is right about the problems with ElricM, because I use the Wayback Machine without luck so far (tried from 2008-2011) and I think this time ElricM is down for good (let us hope that isn't the case here). Edit: I found it on MMH actually Enchanted Editor wasn't sorted of the hundreds of mods, tools there is on MMH but now it's available on MMH. ;D

I am not sure why I did not get back here back then... I probably gave up on playing and just forgot.

For the record, ElricM has gone down for good. We're working with Oldecow69 on getting those files uploaded to MMH as soon as possible.

I'm glad that MMH is taking this responsibility. It has felt like Elric has been gone for, well, a very long time, even if that is not a fact. I'm not surprised over these news, it is not unexpected, and Elric's sites served the community well for many, many years. I feel gratitude towards him for offering me a "home" for my mod and my forum way back then, and I understand that life circumstances changes and that people move on. It's great that there are many people working on MMH; hopefully that will keep this site alive for a very long time to come.
