Emma:
I would really like to try out some of your mods, but in my current game I have completed Rise of House Telvanni so that all the mages guilds have been destroyed, and currently have TR loaded. Consequently, I was hoping if you could answer the following questions so that I know which mods will be compatible with my game.
1) Do your companion mods require talking to anyone in the mages guild? 2) Does White Wolf of Lokken conflict with Tamriel Rebuilt? 3) Are your companion mods still playable when the main quest has already been completed?
Any insight you could provide would be appreciated. I look forward to trying your mods!

1) Do your companion mods require talking to anyone in the mages guild? No, not so far as I recall. Though possibly mages guild halls may be used as (optional) meeting places. Don't know Yes. In particular, one can only be played after completing the main quest. Loriel

I confirm everything Loriel says.
To my knowledge, there are no conflicts between Tamriel Rebuilt and White Wolf of Lokken - probably someone would have reported such a conflict, and i haven't heard a word about it.

You will run into problems with Laura, as one of the companionquests takes place in the mages guild hall of Balmora. Constance won't be a problem, as all her quests don't involve the mages guild. I'm not sure about the Witchgirl companion, as that one is a mage companion.
But i would advise you not to add companions right in the middle of an existing game. You might run into problems when you do that and you got errors and possible doublings. Best is to start a new game and before starting a game add the companions you want to use. In that way you avoid possible problems.
