You'd better describe the problem a bit further, to start with, are you talking about that they don't have any dialog or that they don't have any voices. Are we talking about custom dialog/voice or vanilla ones?

Was it we who spoke over e-mail earlier today? If so, I have just sent you a simple converter that I have used for years and that should work well.

Off topic but ... If I recall correctly, the converter that Emma uses is Audacity, a freeware audio editor. audacity.sourceforge.net/Emma, please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Well, I record and edit in Audacity, but converting to mp3 is better done with this tool: cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/MP3_Conversion_Batch-File It's the very same as I sent to Sellialight179. Another tool that I've used previously is Quintessential, www.quinnware.com/It's mandatory to ensure ones wav-files are in mono 44100Hz 32-bit float. It's the only format that the game will accept, i.e. the only thing that can be heard ingame.

Hmm.. So the steps are to take the wav file and sset it up in audacity. After this is done change the speed and export it out again as a wav file into the coverter file. When this is done then click the wav.bat icon and it should be done right? Not to mention your also suppose to put the sound file into the Vo file which is located in the morrowind sound file.I did these steps but when I go into the construction set and set up the voice dialogue i know the voice path is being followed but in game the voice doesnt play. I checked to see if it was my mod plugin by attaching sound mp3 files to the voice dialogue and they played in the game. So now i have reason to conclude I might be doing this wrong is there a way i can post a video to show exactly what I'm trying to do? making the NPC and the meshes along with textures was the fun part but now it gets very very technical. I'm not giving up though
