Is there a tutorial for swapping head somewhere that I could follow? I would like to do a personal mod similar to like Jessica Alba head for Vilja.

It would be nice if it is just as easy as "swapping" heads. If I have time maybe I should write a tutorial. But this will implement at least an average knowledge of the CK, Wrye Bash and NifSkope.
The problem with Vilja is that you can't edit her head in the CK based on the EMCompViljaSkyrim.esp file without getting the black-face-bug.
So you must create a patch which is child to the EMCompViljaSkyrim.esp. This means you have to esmify Vilja's mod file first, for instance with Wrye Bash. Load the newly created EMCompViljaSkyrim.esm file in the CK, make your changes, hope it doesn't stall, and save it as a patch .esp and export the face geometry data with Ctrl F4. Then re-espify Vilja's mod file and make sure that your patch is dependent on the EMCompViljaSkyrim.esp.
In case of customized head meshes and morphs you have to export them with NifSkope as, for example, a Lightwave object (.obj)from your template. Then import it again in your Viljahead .nif file and adjust the normals. Then change the flag from "Has Normals... Yes" to "Has Normals... No".
Assign your desired face textures in NifSkope and make sure that they (especially the normal map) are fitting to your body mod.

I've been registered only to say thank you Wolf. This is what I'm looking for a long time. A short tutorial. Now I've understand how it works. Vilja has now a new look and hairstyle. All other things are great. Thanks to Emma for your great mod.
