I'm wondering is there a way to export the sleeping gown from Skyrim to Oblivion. Are the meshes and textures compatible? I am sorry but it is the only appropriate sleeping wear for Vilya in Oblivion. I am not very familiar with modding but given instructions I will try to do it. Thanks in advance for your consideration. After a couple of play throughs of Skyrim with Vilya I decided to go back and do a play through of Oblivion with Vilya for the first time. Your mod has made the game very different and special. It's like playing a new game with some similarities. I am awed by your creativity and completeness of work.

I am glad you are enjoying Vilja. Meshes and Textures are not my strong suit, but I'd imagine the mesh would be off, and you would need to tweak the mesh and texture mapping quite a bit. That's all I am going to say. On a related note, porting things between games for personal use is fine, but you should always first ask for permissions in general (in this case, the team probably won't mind, because it's between the 2 Viljas). But beware of the following if you are asking for instructions to port items on Nexus (to avoid warnings/ban): 1 - Have you got permissions from the original author? 2 - Is the content in question originally belong to a different title/company? As there might be copyright issues. (intended as friendly reminder) Now with the serious stuff over, I hope you will find appropriate pjs for Vilja in Cyrodiil. Dova

I only can chime in what Dova said. Vilja's nightgown uses a morphed and retextured Skyrim model (farmclothes04) and so it is only allowed to use it in the Skyrim game. The other way round it's also not permitted to use Oblivion contents and convert it to Skyrim models. It is even prohibited to use for example Dawnguard models for Skyrim if Dawnguard isn't installed on your computer. Sorry.
Besides converting the mesh demands a completely new setup for the animation according to the Oblivion skeleton and several other adjustments. And that's a LOT of work in a 3D rendering program and in NifSkope. And I'm also sure that you will find a fitting sleeping outfit for Vilja from the Oblivion mods. For example CanadianIce has made quite a few pretty dresses.
