Since I gave her two follower and have one too besides her with me, she is not following anymore. Even I summon her, she rans away, if I don't catch her to talk. I already released all follower, nothing changes. If I have talked to her, she stays in a distance. If I move on, she teleports herself to me but ran back to the point where she was before. I have already used the spell to reset her several times, but nothing changes. This happens at interiors and exteriors. Any idea?

Did you also try a friendly fight? She's not overencumbered?

Use the Vilja Reset spell, usually works wonders on this flighty behavior.

Do a friendly fight with her and lose. See if there is any change.
I would add we know what the problem is: hung scripts not executing. The problem of the problem is there may be a couple of hundred scripts stomping on each others toes and going nowhere. The most obvious one, a tell tale sign, is Vilja in Constipated mode.

Usually this is caused by one of a few things.
1. You used a command on her from a follower framework. I.E. MHIYH or EFF or the like. ( You cannot use any command from another mod on her really )
2. She was scripted to do something and you interrupted the script.
3. Forced her to do something with a console command.
The best way to sort it out is to take her to an interior cell, such as Breezehome, release her, I.E. tell her to stay and relax here for a while.
Leave the cell then travel away to a completely different city. Stay away for 3 days. This should completely reset her A.I. If not, then she is corrupted. Likely by #1 or #3.
If so, you will need to completely uninstall her. Once her A.I. is damaged it is permanent. You could also try loading an older save when she was working properly.
Q: How do I uninstall the mod? A:
Get the items you want back from Vilja's inventories, and make sure that she isn't running errands for you, e.g. shopping, reading a book, performing music, crafting, etc. Save and exit game. Deactivate Vilja from your mod list. Load game and wait 52 ingame hours to allow a script to shutdown all her quests automatically. Save and exit game. (Optional)Uninstall Vilja via mod manager or by removing all the following mod files from Skyrim\Data folder. EMCompViljaSkyrim.esp EMCompViljaSkyrim.bsa AAEMCompViljaCompquest.pex (inside Skyrim\Data\Scripts) AAEMExtraStorageScript.pex (inside Skyrim\Data\Scripts) AAEMSellingItemsScript.pex (inside Skyrim\Data\Scripts) AAEMUninstall.pex (inside Skyrim\Data\Scripts; this loose script file is introduced since ver 3.01) Viljascript.pex (inside Skyrim\Data\Scripts) ViljaWeddingNight3.bik (inside Skyrim\Data\Video)
Q: How do I reinstall Vilja? And what about the progress in her storyline? A:
Follow the uninstallation instructions above. Install Vilja again (please make sure you have deactivated Vilja's add-ons, unique body patch, or alternate looks that requires a patch esp until you can access Vilja's inventory again). Meet Vilja at The Bannered Mare and go through the very first part of her quest until you can access her inventory via dialogue. Talk to Vilja, "Traveling together..." → "Off-topic - Configuration and Settings" → "We have already done (some of) your quests!" This will summon Beata to The Bannered Mare, who can help you fast forward Vilja's quests to get back to where you were before uninstallation. Talk to Beata at The Bannered Mare, go through her options carefully, they should be self-explanatory. Note that you have to skip a bit back and forth in her dialog, for instance, you have to acknowledge that you have finished Vilja's quests before she gives you the option to state that you are romancing Vilja. Just continue to talk to her until you have got everything right, it does work!

So now I could fix it by asking her for a competition, after the fight, she is behaving as usual again, sneaking, following close to me, chating and everything is fine now.
Thansk everyone for the comments.
