I've been playing and loving teh Julan Ashlander mod for a while now. Tonight I loaded up a saved game from yesterday which had no known issues. Now Julan's weight allowance has set to 150/0 on two saves. I have a slightly later quicksave I did (before I spotted the problem) where he has 289/254. However when I take off all his equipment he still has 150/254
This 150 weight seems to have sprung from nowhere and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how I can reset Julan's weight allowance to normal without affecting the character himself. Is there a console command that allows you to edit a character's weight allowance?
Thanks

I've seen something similar where a companion is suffering from a strength-reducing effect - typically caused by meeting some of the larger bonewalkers. My solution is to obtain a restore strength spell and cast it on the suffering companion. There's a suitable spell available fairly early in the Imperial Cult quests, but unfortunately it's only castable on self, so you need to visit a spellmaker to obtain a targeted version as well. I'm sure the same can be done directly from the console, but haven't tried it myself.
However, you seem to be suffering from two separate problems - both a reduction in the companion's strength and an increase in his load - perhaps a burden effect as well as reduce strength. Probably worth trying a "dispel" spell on Julan. Some companions have a "dispel all magical effects" option available within their dialogue - I don't recall if Julan has.
It's probably worth mentioning that quicksaves are generally discouraged, as they can cause savegame corruption. This seems to happen most frequently when you switch to a different game (i.e. where you are using a different character), and I haven't seen any problems myself, but it's probably wise to avoid quicksave as far as possible.

You can ask Julan to restore his Stats by himself over the Magic topic, i think.

Yeah, he should have a restore attributes spell, try that. He might also have a disease, but you generally know about those 'cause he makes a fuss. Probably a strength-drain thing.
