There is a problem with aaemradwinkingwine2 quest .... Corpulus Vinius is gone, after this quest started, and the wine can not be delivered ... and the quest can't be progressed to further stages ... When trying to move player to Corpulus it ends up behind the bar, where he should be, but he's not there.

In your latest save (might as well do it while in the Winking Skeever) use the console to move him to you ("prid 000198A0" and "moveto player".

198A0.enable 198a0.moveto player (You may need to repeat this once more) If he still isn't there, an error message comes up when trying to enable, he has been deleted. Reload a save.
If he was just disabled but isn't acting correctly try recycleactor to reset him. RecycleActor may remove him to the location he initially spawned at and you will need to use MoveTo. If that doesn't work you need to use the console to update the quest. That is, he may not have been functional when the quest progressed and doesn't know where he is in the quest. NEVER back a quest up however. This can be a game breaker.

Glad it worked out. Sounds like a hung script got into things as well, affecting other quests / mods. This is a rare problem that comes up now and then. The game disables objects and NPCs as part of the housekeeping, preventing lag and such. But every now and then something gets disabled and worse, if it was a required item or object in a quest. This most often happens when an object transitions from essential to non essential or visa versa. And speaking from bitter experience, if you have multiple followers, always set them as essential. Followers can create dependencies, things requiring them to be present. forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5086090-mod-dependencies/
