I really hope that someone answers this question. Vilja has had all the quests completed for her sister, I think we are looking at three of them done by this point, as well as Heneri Hlaalu training Vilja with spells. I've been waiting now for a about a week in game time and nothing else has happened. She sometimes makes the comment that she likes me, but nothing else.
I read on another thread that Vilja takes you on a date to Skingrad? How does one get to this? Whenever I talk to her, as in the option, "Let's just talk for a while," she repeats old things and there is nothing new. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have an audience watching my videos on YouTube. Several people are asking me why I haven't romanced Vilja yet, and all I can say is that it's out of my hands, and it's up to the game.
The main quest is complete, and my character is in his late 30s for level. I'm working on guild quests and will be going to the Shivering Isles soon. I would really like this romance business with Vilja to get to the next level already!

Alright, so if there is anyone, anywhere with knowledge of the quest progression, I would love to hear about it! I know some modders like Kateri who did the Julan mod made a helpful guide, and there was even a point where I was stuck and she replied to an email helping me. But there doesn't seem to be the same for Emma's mods, as far as I know. If I am wrong, please by all means enlighten me.

Wish I could help. I never got her quest line to complete. Tried several times. Stuck right now.

I never played with the mod back when I played Oblivion. Your best bet is for Emma or one of the others of the crew to drop by and notice your post.

The questlines do work, but they are very fragile. Doing something out of order, making the wrong response, etc., can stall a script. Also Vilja may be waiting for you to do something that isn't obvious, have you checked through your journal for something you did or didn't do. And check Vilja's disposition towards you, it can vary considerably during the game, and some events requite it being above a certain level (she will always follow and always fight, but if her disposition drops enough she will barely speak to you).
As a last resort you can peruse the mod in the CS, note the stage where you are stuck then use the in-game console command "setstage" to advance. But have a backup of your save game just in case; Vilja's scripting is complex and this might screw up something else.

The You and I part of talking to her for a while has a bunch of new things that I haven't tried before, so I will see how I can get things to progress by trying those.

Exhaust all dialogues, fulfill all requests and take your time. Vilja operates on a timer so it can take game days for quest advancing. And keep checking for new dialogues. Pamper her.

Alright. Things have gone in the right direction. We said we love each other, and that was about it. Is there a marriage or anything like a fade to black scene in the mod, or have I hit the end of the romance?

Thanks Sniffles. Because this is in a fully in character roleplay series on my YouTube Channel, I didn't know if I had to fudge in a romance fade to black and talk about it on my own, or if things will progress more from where it is. I'm not just playing it on my own! I have an audience, and of course I am playing this blind. If there is much more to come after this point, then that is great news.

Take note, Vilja in Oblivion was sort of a prototype from which Vilja in Skyrim evolved. The time frame is stretched way out. So much so her quest becomes unexpected incidents while the player muddles through other quests and the UTTERLY HORRIBLE leveling system of the game. IE 1. Start game. watch the greatest emperor Tamriel has ever known somehow only have a half dozen incompetent bodyguards and get dead by a few bananarama religious fanatics. 2. Leave the dungeon. Go swimming placing the PC so s/he is swimming against a convenient rock. 3. Place something on the keyboard to keep the swimming key pressed. 4. Leave game running checking back periodically to level your character. Give it about a week until agility, acrobatics and athletics are up around 100. 5. Use your god like swimming power to get down in the neighborhood of Telepe, Rockmilk Cave, or Undertow Cavern near Leyawin. 6. Enter one of the locations, sneak, position your PC very carefully, level three times and come back in a few days when your sneak hit's 100, 7. Get your hands on a few black bows with your backstab sneak multiplier through the roof. 8. Go conquer Cyrodil. Don't forget to buy several thousand repair hammers and about 50,000 arrows. Fire an arrow or two, repair bow, wash rinse repeat a half zillion times. 8. Alternate. In my case, go pick flowers and stash them in your home until it is so full the game crashes when you try to enter. Best choice is Rosethorn Hall in Skingrad where with your acrobatic and athletic abilities you can enter through the upstairs balcony to avoid the crashes - sometimes. And don't forget to become a mad scientist making ridiculously powerful potions making your Alchemy, Conjuration, and Mysticism skills go ballistic. Your endurance will be at 100 from fixing your equipment, your imtelligence by making potions, and your personality by selling all those potions.
Experts challenge. Go to Skingrad. Hit Glarthir until he attacks. Have him chase you to Dive Rock. Push him off. While you are up there, follow the ridge and get a grand view of Skyrim.

It is much easier to artificially level your character using console commands.
Sneak is fun to level by going into sneak mode and following one of the horseback guards around for a while.
