Does anyone know how to recover a deleted NPC of the game, in a custom mod that I have made. The NPC is editable and visible in Construction Set but it has a "D" mark in the list and when I try to place it in the game I get a message that the object has been deleted.

All characters have two IDs, a base and a reference. If you use the base ID of the npc you can place a new copy of him/her. The ID should be available online.

Thanks for your answer. I have deleted an npc through CS in a mod. When I load the mod in CS the npc is visible in the npc-list but cannot be coppied or
inserted in the game world because the npc is marked as deleted. The only thing I have done is to copy a similar npc to replace the deleted npc.

Do you have a backup of the mod? The deletion is only in your active copy.

Get the ID in the CS. Open the game, type player.placeatme <ID #> This normally ignores flags and creates a new copy.
