Broken Quest because Ogmond is dead or at prison

Got a quest from Wilbert to play at Markath Inn with Ogmond, but he's already into the stocks at Markarth because of quest 'FreeformMarkarthM' (Talos Worshipper). So, now, how to move on and finish this quest?

Just return to Wilbert and tell him you can't do that quest, he can then give you a new one
