I'm currently starting Emma's Lost heir mod and I am at the point where I am to find Felina "somewhere in Balmora." After doing the tour of Balmora I didn't find her. No one has a dialog topic for her. Can someone please advise? Thank you.

"The usual suspects"
-someone you've not talked to
-some quest you've not finished
-some place you haven't been
-some item you haven't found or do not have in inventory
or Felina is just in an obscure location
You could cheat and look in the CS for her location, if she is not there in game then probably you've overlooked some prerequisite for getting her to appear.

I was hoping to avoid the CS, as it's usual crashyness is magnified in wine. But that was the way to go, in the end. Thank you. She was inside that fancy clothing store in the rich area of Balmora |
