This mod has to be one of the best I've used in the time I've spent playing the Elder Scrolls games. The leveling is smooth, intuitive, and I feel like I did something right when I level up.
I've been playing for quite a bit now without any problems, but when I fixed a certain menu bug that caused certain grammatical crap to appear on screen, "sOK...sCancel...SAttribute, etc." I believe one of the scripts that caused Morrowind to not go through its regular "You should rest and bla bla bla" was...removed? Or set "off" at least, as when I go through my skill advances, GCD works by improving my attributes, but now I have to sleep to level up, and I'd prefer not to, as is originally intended by the mod author.
My question is...is there a way to go into the Construction Set to set things right again? I've tried doing a clean save, tried changing the scripts, and tried re-initializing it through the console.
Thank you.
P.S. I apologize if asking for help on many mods within a relatively short period of time is getting on anybody's nerves.

I've not used that mod but I can throw in a thought that may or may not be helpful: Oddly worded, or misspelled words for topics are sometimes a necessary workaround to prevent conflicts in dialog. I recall at least one mod where some of the added topics had a "-" prepended to the word or used a 0 instead of an o, etc.. This is done to prevent a confusion with an existing topic. So your grammatical errors could possibly be OK. As I re-read your post I realize that maybe I misunderstood: are you saying that the grammatical errors only appeared after you edited a mod? No need to apologize. I'm happy to see some Morrowind-related posts and it's nice to know other people are still playing a ten-year-old game.

Those are caused by GMST errors. There's a lean version by Huskobar on Wolflore. I would do a clean save (remove the mod completely, load a save, then make a new save) and try that version. I think those errors happen because MW gets confused about the various scripts that GCD uses and/or the GMST settings get changed or are being overwritten by a dirty mod that's loading later. Yacoby made a GMST cleaner that I would use to see if any other mods have the 72 dirty GMSTs. If they do, clean them out to prevent them from screwing with your game.

I really need to make my requests a bit more coherent. What I was trying to "say" was that at one point, recently, there were grammatical errors popping up all around my game. Here is a link to the same problem someone else had: forums.uesp.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16600After some researching the problem, I found a fix someone did, and that was to export their game settings, and then import them back into a certain .esp file, the one that he believed was the culprit. I did the same thing with my file, and everything went back to normal. Unfortunately, I believed that caused some scripts to...not do what they were supposed to do, and it seems that, under the circumstances, that the scripts that were affected (if scripts were affected at all) pertain to Galsiah's Character Development's .esp file(s), which in turn caused my game to now force me to sleep to level up whereas, before I did the "fix" for the grammar errors, I leveled up automatically, as is intended by the Galsiah's Character Development mod. Thank you for your reply.

JacOops, I didn't realize you replied too until I scrolled down a bit further. I took a look at the lean version, but I dislike it because it has certain settings that I don't want, such as "GCD settings hard" and whatnot. I also have the GMST cleaner from Yacoby, "Morrowind Enchanted Editor." At least, I believe that's his. I used it too, and deleted the bad GMSTs from 1 mod, as all the rest were fine, but the bad GMSTs were not from Galsiah's mod 1.07. Thank you for the reply.

Most things with a lower case "s" in front of them are GMST settings. They usually only show up if you have a mod with one or more of the 72 "dirty" GMSTs, though why they're showing up in your game I don't know. I still suggest completely removing GCD, making a clean save without it loaded, then putting it back in. Gluby made a 1.08 patch that includes the start scripts I can send your way if you want it. As for the lean version, I use it and haven't noticed much difference between the two.

I already fixed the problem with the "s" appearing everywhere. The thing is, it wasn't GCD that was causing it, but another mod.
I tried doing a clean save with GCD & re-initializing it through the console, but it didn't change the part where I still had to sleep.
The reason I don't want to use the "lean" version is because it includes the "hard" settings, which I dislike having for obvious reasons haha.
I would love to have the 1.08 patch, as it hasn't been uploaded anywhere yet, except for 1 Russian website I found -_-. How will you send it to me, email?

just saw this today and happened to see this post so I thought maybe GCD v1.08 with Startscript, fixed from Morrowind Modding History would be of some interest here... This is a version I originally made for personal use. It incorporates AzuMite's bug fixes and corrects the scripting syntactical irregularities he pointed out. In all, and with specificity, it: 1) Incorporates the v1.08 patch. 2) Incorporates the Startscript. (Note: This obviously makes it dependent upon Tribunal. Tribunal dependency can be eliminated simply by removing the StartScript from the mod using your favorite editor and using Wrye Mash to eliminate it as a parent master).

Thank you Jac, for the link, and to sativarg for his link. Nothing much has changed, I still get the damn messages. What I didn't realize though, was that sleeping doesn't really do anything for me. The mod reverts any changes made from sleeping, so it's still doing what it's supposed to do, the sleeping problem is only a minor annoyance, so everything is good. Thanks! I've downloaded Fallout 3, so whenever you need me to test your mod, let me know, and I'll get right to it. Also...Jasmine is pretty awesome. I have gotten to the point where I told Charon to piss off. You really put a lot of work into her and her story, and it's awesome that she comments on many quests that I complete. Thank you for creating her; she is an essential member of my party, along with Constance. Also, your grammatical prowess is something to be noted of; you created defining characteristics for your NPCs (Deandre for one lol) that are memorable and in tune with what I would expect an individual, like the ones you have created, to have. Good job. As a final note: You misspelled a word here or there.

As a final note: You misspelled a word here or there. Yes, well, you try writing 2k plus words and see how many you misspell. Joking aside, thank you for the comments. I'm glad you're enjoying Jasmine and her band of misfits. I had a lot f fun writing her and coming up with different ideas for other NPCs. I'm sorry the GCD error is still showing, but aside from starting over, I don't know how to fix it. Since it seems to be working fine, I'd just leave it alone as long as it's not bothering you.
