I removed the Dulsya Island mod over a year ago and had no issues; playing perhaps an hour a week til December, then quite sporadically til a couple of weeks ago. For some arcane reason whenever I start the game now I get an error message: "Unable to find Region 'Dulsya Isle' in Load for Cell 'Sor Vvalan'."; I click "yes to all", get a black screen for several seconds then the desktop... but it's not a CTD, there is Morrowind on the taskbar. I click that and Morrowind returns - with the error message still displayed; click "yes to all" again and the game continues loading and plays normally.
I'm using MCP, which supposedly takes care of issues with saved game files; I made a copy of my latest save and let Wrye Mash analyze it, but the only thing it reported was a problem with a Balmora banner (which it has reported since I first used Mash ...lo, those many years ago).
So, why is Morrowind suddenly complaining about a mod removed months ago ...and how do I eliminate this idiocy? (If one click on "yes to all" would suffice, i could live with this; but that ersatz CTD, having to maximize Morrowind, and deal with the error window still sitting there, is trying my patience.)

You could try reinstalling Dulsya Island and just not visit it if you don't want to play it anymore on this save.

Had to remove it because of another mod which places a landmass in the same area.

It sounds like you may have another mod in your load order that is dependent on Dulsya Isle? Maybe a leftover patch?
