I've had all of your Vilja mods and now have just install the Skyrim version. Wonderful work as always. I gave her some good ebony armor and told her to put on her armor and also to use the best armor. She has yet to do so. I'm just beginning the ingredient quest. Everything is is fine, well she has kept a talk marker overhead the whole time, don't know if that is normal or not. Any ideas?
By the way I had an old user account and your Morrowind version is what got me started in modding.

The overhead marker is notmal. That marker is there so you can find them as far as you have her quest checked. About the armor. Try using the reset spell on her.
If it didn't work, Ask her to not wear armor and then again to wear it.
Again if it didn't work. Ask her to not wear armor select her on the console and type getav lightarmor
Then type getav heavyarmor
Now ask her to wear armor and type both commands again. Comment here both values when she is meant to wear armor and when she is not (there is no need to be exact about it. Just a expectable value, 0 or a really huge negative value

Thank you for the answer, I will give it a shot. So it's normal for both the quest marker and Vilja to have a marker?

Yes, she have a marker in order to be easy to find. the idea is to check or uncheck her quest, depending on if you want to have a marker on her or not.

Sorry to say the reset didn't work and the commands did not work any other ideas? Now I understand the marker though thanks. I am a little worried about traveling with her not wearing armor.

Select her in the console and type unequipall. Now access her inventory. Upon exiting it, she should equip what she is supposed to wear. Armor if that's your current selection.
