So yeah, I don't know how many people have used it, but there's a mod out called Tamriel Rebuilt which adds the morrowind mainland (complete with cities from the first elder scrolls and some new ones to fill in the gaps.) What I'm wondering is why nobody's tried making an update for Children of Morrowind for it yet to add children to the score of new towns available. I understand the mainland is much bigger than Vvardenfell and that the TR project is still being worked on. (about half the mainland has been completed. The City of Almalexia which includes Mournhold as one of its many districts is one of the new cities that will appear in the next update which is still a little ways away. There's also "Old Ebonheart") If I were a better modder, I'd probably do it. Unfortunately, I'm still getting used to the Construction set. I supposed why you're wondering why the mod project is called Tamriel Rebuilt and not Morrowind Rebuilt. Originally it was all of Tamriel. However the teams split up and the project also became too ambitious so the modders settled for the Morrowind mainland. Before you ask, there are projects to make Skyrim and Cyrodill but they are separate from TR. But yes, I'm getting a little off subject. The point is, with TR installed, the Children of Morrowind mod seems a little out of place since TR doesn't have children wondering around the towns while Mournhold, Solstheim, and Vvardenfell do. So if anyone feels up to the challenge, go for it! If not I'll look into modding more and I'll do it in the future.

Don't forget that you (or whoever makes that mod) will need to ask Emma for permission - which she will almost certainly grant (provided the mod doesn't do anything nasty to the children). See the README in the COM download - in particular the "Terms of Usage" section - and see also a similar request earlier at emmates.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=morrowind&action=display&thread=243I think I have seen a similar proposal to extend COM to TR in the past, but I don't think anything came from it, and I've been unable to find that thread again.
