Vilja stuck in the Dawnstar inn forever.

Greetings and salutations to all good people of this forum. I was having wonderful time with Vilja to the point she suddenly decided to go for a drink when we were inside the Dawnstar sanctuary. It's not like she haven't gone shopping/for a drink before but now the mechanism is somewhat broken. I'll explain. So she said her line about being thirsty, left my company and headed to the nearest inn (Windpeak inn in Dawnstar, the one with the Redguard bard). I hadn't accompanied her and went after my business (conquering two Stormcloaks forts and various miscellaneous quests), hoping that I'll pick her up later. Several days without her company I noticed that she still resides in the Dawnstar inn according to the quest pointer. I rushed there to find her standing between a bar and fireplace. When I told her to follow she kept just standing there. When I gave her a drink she left her spot for a brief while only to dance and sing on the table, but she returned to her spot immediately after. When I left the inn I heard her coughing but haven't seen her anywhere so I typed "tfc" (noclip) into console command line and saw her standing behind the door stuck inside the object of the inn. When I returned to the inn she was on her spot near the fireplace again. I tried to travel far and then summon her. Guess what? She just walks away from me to the Dawnstar inn no matter where I make the summoning... this behaviour can be interrupted only by a fight or a command (=lead the way to the custom destination, go there, wait there) but she always end up walking back to the Dawnstar inn after finishing a fight/completing a command. Commands like wait, follow are useless, she just doesn't react to them other than verbally.

I'm running 1.5 version of the mod which is the only mod I use. I have already completed Vilja's questline with only Tale of the Donkey Tail remaining. I will be happy with any suggestions which helps me to resolve this major problem. Many thanks to you!

There was a similar problem in Morrowind - the recommended solution was to start combat with the errant companion, and stop immediately.

Maybe something similar would work here.

The Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar seems to be a somehow cursed place.

Loriel is right, it could work if you punch Vilja a little. She won't mind it very much.

I would do the following: Summon her to somewhere outside the inn. Then cast the Vilja Reset Spell on her. Don't hesitate to cast it two times if it doesn't work the first time. It could also work if you ask her to play an instrument.

Let us know about how you are getting on with this issue.

Hello loriel, hello Wolf! Thank you for your kind replies. Fighting Vilja hasn't helped but reset spell has! I think this inconvenience may have something to do with already completed Vilja's quest of lute playing (during which she stays and plays at the same spot she got stuck) but that's just my assumption. Bless this reset spell.
