I am currently running Vilja and Ceri together...I haven't experienced any issues so far and I just completed getting the last chant book for Vilja required by Wilbert at the bards college. So...they seem to be totally compatible for the most part, at least I haven't had any problems.
As you probably know, when it comes to modding, everything kind of revolves around your total mod list, your load order ( best found by using BOSS), if you've cleaned your installed mods with TES5edit ( when prompted by BOSS to do so ), and also been wise enough to create a bashed patch ( Wrye Bash ) with this patch loaded last in your load order, to have as minimal amount of issues as possible.
But saying that, I've had zero issues concerning Vilja and Ceri together, that doesn't mean you won't Zed, but you shouldn't.

I just ran TES5edit. I had looked at it and was seeing it for modders not users. Ran a deeper search and found player guides. Thanks now I see what BOSS was referring to and have it all clean. Can't believe Bethesda released All the addons with so many issues. Be like me leaving a door opening in a house and not putting in the door...........no one likes that. Thanks for the heads up falion1!

Your welcome Zed, while I am new to Emma's new forum, I've been around and using mods for a long time regarding Beth's games. I'm by no means a mod maker, I don't have the patience or the talent ( thank the stars for the makers ), I have been using them for many years. Yeah, TES5edit is fantastic, when used correctly as it allows you to remove dirty edits ( if Boss says to leave a dirty edit, then it's best to leave it as is ) and other things, that sometimes make things work kind of funky. Here's a couple of great video tuts, that help explain TES5 a bit more. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re8YBJm9l64www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOQO2S6HDBwYou probably don't want to do much more with TES5, than what is shown in the vid's to "clean up" your masters, and mod files, since if your not sure of what your doing, you can break things your unaware of. However, to just clean up things...following the tut's instructions, is pretty much foolproof and totally safe.
