New to Skyrim, question about Wrye Bash/Smash & saved games

I finally upgraded to a computer that would handle Skyrim and a lot of mods - I had been limited to modded Morrowind, and Oblivion on PS3. But now that I've added a bunch of mods to Skyrim, I can't figure out how to update or sync my saved games to the new mod list. In Morrowind, I used Wrye Mash; but my Wrye Smash/Bash doesn't have the 'sync to load list' option, or else I haven't found it yet. Am I missing something, or does Wrye Smash not offer that? I re-installed it, but it didn't help (both times with the standalone version and the installer).

Any help would be appreciated!

Could you clarify a bit further? How did you add the mods to Skyrim? Manual install or using some manager?

EDIT: Once a mod is activated via Wrye Bash, your save files will have access to that mod. There's no "sync to load list" for skyrim. Do you see these mods in Wyre Bash? If not, how did you install these mods?
