Are there any issues to expect when traveling with her on Wrymstooth and Falskaar?
I had no issue traveling with her through Falskaar so far.
But since in Wrymstooth there are some glitches. She stays most time naked, will not put on any clothes except in combat. Even on command she is not putting Default ingame wardrobe sets on. Especially on Fort Valus there are Problem with some walls where she stands in or behind some time moving around. I recognized this because her companies wanted to follow. Mostly the spell to move her to Player is needed because she is not following and keeps staying somewhere, as if she don't know where she is.
May be this are some info for next Version to remember?

Wish I could offer advice Tom, but I haven't used either of those 2 mods. Someone else with experience, with either or both of those mods may be have be able to help you somehow.

I don't play with Wrymstooth nor Falskaar, so I am not the best informed person here to help you troubleshoot, but I will give it a shot.
Does the wardrobe/outfit problem only exists in Wrymstooth? Is it also happening in Skyrim worldspace?
If Vilja is dressing fine in Skyrim, my guess with that is the location types in various areas in Wrymstooth are not defined properly.
The following problem should be a separate issue on navmeshing, a way the game defines where NPCs can travel. It would be related to Wrymstooth and not to Vilja. To find out if this is indeed a navmesh issue, can vanilla followers follow you normally?

About the nakedness in Wrymstooth, my guess is that the area is defined as an environment for which you did set a wardrobe without defining what should she wear. I suppose you are travelling for the wilderness and urban areas constantly in other places, but maybe some of the cells of Wrysmtooth are defined as castle (making her use the elegant wardrobe) or home (making her use the home wardrobe). Just try to define both wardrobes, or ensure they are not activated.
About the second problem, I have nothing to add besides what Dovahklon said.

I tested her in Falskaar, and had no issues with her. In fact she had less bugs than the characters there.

I should also mention I tested her in Falskaar without issues. I used that mod to test her ability to detect cold areas in other mod added terrain. Surprisingly I only found a small patch of snow in the far south east coast and a little ice zone in a cave. She did change to winter clothings, but It get me varioius hours to find the zones. I guess I had it comming for not having tried the mod before testing it with Vilja  |

Most issues I have had on Wrymstooth, back in Skyrim and a reset of her KI now she behaves as usual and wears correct clothes and wardrobes.
