Your welcome !! Sounds like the mod works good Seyheb...no issues using it with an existing game then? Let me know, as I've vowed not to add any mods to my existing game, but the kill cams are...killing me...

Your welcome !! Sounds like the mod works good Seyheb...no issues using it with an existing game then? Let me know, as I've vowed not to add any mods to my existing game, but the kill cams are...killing me... So far, it works exactly as expected, though I'd like to run it a little longer before I say for sure it does the job well. I enjoy testing and experimenting in any case and by the time comes for a new game of Skyrim, I expect to have a good idea what works well together and a final list of the mods I'll want to install.

Give me an update in a day or 2-3 Seyheb, see if you see any issues pop. If you don't experience any "Skyrim Sorcery", I'll add it as I really do get tired of the immersion break, not to mention the momentary loss of control...which under some circumstances is...er...well BAD.

A series of unfortunate events... First, unable to jump 3 inches to get out of the river I gave Vilja a random assortment of my gear to lighten my load. Not to her back pack but to her. Among other things my soul trap ebony bow. I would point out that I had learned my lesson and when Vilja had emptied the staff of chain lightning I hadn't refilled it in self defense. Let's see. Vilja said something about a present. Wanted me to give her one. I wasn't paying a heck of a lot of attention. Then she suggested we go catch mud crabs. So I thought I'd give her a present. I told her to wait and went down to the river to get a mud crab to chase me back to her. That's sort of a present, right? I was going to try and get a nifty screen shot of my char, Vilya and the mud crab captioned 'Here's your present!'. The mud crab was having problems getting out of the river so I crossed the river and went up the opposite bank with it in tow so to speak. It then followed me onto the bridge. Passing Vilja and stepping onto the bridge are 3 Thalmor. On the other end of the bridge near me are 3 Legion soldiers. A Thalmor nerf herder lets off a blast of something blue at my mud crab. It misses the soldiers, it misses me and it misses the mud crab and goes zooming on up the road to notify the foresworn ambush of everyone's presence. It became a little hectic about then. I don't think the game every intended to have so many people involved in combat in one place at one time. Everyone was attacking everyone else. It was about then that I discovered I had either given Vilja a loaded soul gem or she had chargen one up or her staff had recharged itself or ... crumbs. I don't know. Let's just say it was spectacular. She blasted the Thalmor justiciar in the butt which then zapped the soldiers which then zapped me which then zapped my mud crab. Follow up zaps included the foresworn. My character died as the game started to crash and a BSOD resolved everything. So much for a spiffy screen shot and catching her a mud crab. I'm still wondering how she recharged that staff.

That's a great story Sniffles! I've seen a few 3 versus 3 fights while wandering the roads, but none with so many others getting involved.

Well, so far, so good. I've run a few ruins and caves now and and met several beasts and ambushes in the wilderness... and I've not seen a single kill-cam. Nor have I come across any issues either.

Good to hear and good news Seyheb, thanks! I decided to give it a try as well, since I couldn't take the kill cam one more time.

I am a closet " kill cam" lover. There I said it and I hope you will accept me as I am. Yes I love my kill cam. I love to see my sword being shoved through the back of my opponents head. I love my awesome slash and spin move, beheading any one foolish enough to challenge me. I am a kill cam ho and I LOVE IT!

I guess I'm fairly neutral about them as they've not given me any real problems, but now they are switched off in my game, I think I prefer it that way. ...And I agree with falion.

No worries on enjoying the kill cams. It is a preferance and we all have a different one and why most games that have such cameras have the option to turn them off to make everyone happy. I wouldve been happy as can be if there was a replay cam I could choose to use and then get the killcam shot when watching the replay. I wouldnt have the camera ripped away in the middle of a battle and have to reorient myself after its over but if I sniped some poor fool of a bandit with my bow of doom and no battle I would love to hit the replay and watch it happen. You enjoy seeing an epic kill everytime and some prefer not to have the break in the combat and both preferances are equaly valid. So no need to hide in a closet.

I had been looking for the ultimate player home for my char and his partners and I found it yesterday evening, being the Riverside Lodge. Quite amazing, Vilja seemed to love it too and she seemed to be especially glad about the sauna incorporated in there, could not stop raving about how well she felt and how glad she was. Sometimes it´s spooky how well she reacts on her environment. - And sometimes it´s not: We were on our way to the Blood dripping... and came across an extremely impressive cascade of waterfalls. Vilja´s comment: "Dirt, dirt, dirt!" I could have killed her! - Sorry, no sauna pics, we want to keep this thread clean, don´t we?
