Open the console and type CoC HomeCellInFrontOfTV. Then again, you need to open the console first, which is really difficult in this game There may be more than one TV, depending on what mods are in use and on which quest-line branches were chosen. A more precise syntax might be needed.

Uncle Sheo gets around, as befits an immortal lunatic Aunt Sheo, in some games.

After the events of Shivering Isles, I didn't think we'd see Sheogorath in Skyrim, since it takes place after?

Serana grinned in a feral manner! now if it were a temple of Dibella? Probably the best possible response on his part.

If you don't use fast travel (it's too easy in Morrowind, even worse in Oblivion) This parts makes me confused: Morrowind hasn't got fast travel. Instead one has to painstakingly keep track of where silt striders. boats and Guild guides are, as well as build up knowledge of ... gee, when I cast this intervention, at which spot will I end up? Unless you mean some sort of fast travel mod?

Where is that? Looks like underground cylindrical rooms? I am guessing a plugin?

I remember one of Emma's companion plugins, you could talk to (random?) NPCs in certain towns and ask them where Constance is. The act of doing so would force the companion to appear in a town and the NPC would say something like "I think I saw her in <name-of-town>".
I don't remember if the Constance plugin had this. Anyway, it would be a way to get her re-appear, using her scripting, which could be less likely to mess anything else up?
So go to Gnisis and see anyone walking around "knows" where Constance is?

Go somewhere where Constance isn't. Wait 72 hours, game time. Try to summon her. See if she follows now.
Aside from that, I have no ideas.

[Half the fun of Oblivion/Skyrim is doing the Gopi girl scenario...frankly. I had to look that up. Life is constant learning experience.

Now you really do have a moral obligation to catch whoever created Vortex and bury them alive under a hog pen. Just saying. Reminds me of a quote from Real Genius: "First thing you should do is get even with Kent. It's a moral imperative."

@emma, I started Daggerfall. It went away with my hard drive. :-(. Didn't Bethesda re-release that as freeware? Like for a ten year anniversery of its release or something? If so, should be able to get a legit (legal) copy easily. OK: I just checked: quick DDG reveals: download.cdp.bethesda.net/TESDaggerfall_Setup.exedirect from download.cdp.bethesda.net, linked from elderscrolls.bethesda.net/ed/daggerfall. So pos-def legal and legit. I downloaded it when it first went freeware, couldn't get past the first rat, so I gave up.
